Place on line oder checked make sure my order was correct before I submitted it everything I selected andit was by the time it processed through their system the system did not and put my correct order I called for a replacement sandwich offer to be fixed was refused I had to get loud I had to request for a supervisor I was thought I would have to wait for the next day that was unacceptable requested the supervisor to be contacted immediately since my sandwich was being refused to be remade corrected or refunded I had to sit outside and wait for the supervisor and I told her what was wrong with the sandwich I still didn’t even Cheese that was supposed to be on there the sauce was just left down there can’t even he have to half of the sandwich I will be calling subway corporate in the morning this manager advise me and her coworker that I had to call to make sure my online order was correct what’s the point to make an online order if I’m gonna have to call to make sure it’s correct and I had to fight for my sandwich that still not rite

This location does not participate in any of the online offers (ex. $5 footlongs) They do offer some other discounts around $5 off your order. You can also earn points thru online ordering for additional $$ off your order over time. The staff is good about getting your online order to you when its ready when you walk in instead of having to wait for everyone in the shop to order first.

Wasn’t bad, wasn’t the greatest either, had some new staff learning but it took me nearly over 10 minutes to order a single footlong sub, and a pretty basic one at that. Won’t rule the place out, but I won’t go here if I am in a hurry to eat unless I can see they are getting a bit faster.

These guys are slow and don’t follow basic online orders. There is always something missing from the sandwich like the dressing or a vegetable. Disappointing because you don’t realize it until you open it. Also, they act dumb when you stand in from of the cash register waiting to pick up the online order. You’d think if you do this almost weekly they might learn the same basic pattern but no dice. Completely negates time savings of an online order when you have to wait on them instead of someone just handing you the sandwich quickly. One of the worst Subway’s I’ve been in.

We went in on Saturday, July 4th, 2020. There were 4 employees very close together, each leaning over the sandwiches as they passed them along, and NOT ONE was wearing a mask. I was shocked. When I asked one of the workers, he said the weren’t mandated (even though a state-wide mandate to wear a mask was issued on Friday). The sandwiches tasted fine, but now I’m worried about contracting COVID-19 from four people who handled my food. WEAR A DAMN MASK.
