Do better subway. Whole lotta attitude behind that counter, don’t think I ordered that. And maybe teach your girls how to make sandwiches. All the meat piled up in the middle? Really? So I got a 6 inch sandwich and a 6 inch bun. Pretty sure I ordered a whole footlong. Definitely taking this mess to go. The vibe in here not very inviting today.

Lucky to have 1 star at this moment!!!! Absolutely disgusted!!!! I went in on 2/27/23 about 7:50 pm to order me and my kids some sandwiches. The young lady with dark hair made the 2 veggie ones and went to start the spicy Italian and Philly when she nicked her arm with the knife and continued to cut the bread I asked her for a new bread and she continues to use the same dirty knife she just nicked herself with and then put the bread back into the display case of fresh bread. I told her never mind absolutely not!!!! I do not want any of the sandwiches she asked me why!!! I was almost speechless she asked me why!!! Like seriously you just cut yourself used the dirty contaminated knife on my bread and then put the contaminated bread in the fresh display case and used the same knife on a new bread!!! If you are working with food it needs to be mandatory that these employees are taught the importance of contamination and when to start over and be cautious of what they are doing when handling food!!!! And not only did the girl do what she did the older skinny lady didn’t even correct her nor did the lady with the glasses!!!!! Which I am sure one of them was a manager who should of known better and corrected the situation at hand!!!!I myself work fast food and I understand how mistakes can happen but for not a single one to correct it is beyond me!!!! Will not be returning to this subway again until this issue is fixed!!! Teach your employees the importance of food safety!!!

We walked in and the restaurant was empty, no one said hi and we waited for 4 minutes and said we are ready, Then the girl behind the counter said she couldn’t help us because they had three sandwiches on the counter. We left. They had three people at the counter . I don’t think I have ever been told at a subway they can’t help me.

Definitely digging the upgraded location. It’s bigger, has a drive thru, and way more parking. It’s handicap accessible too. It’s Subway, same sandwiches, better location.

Went to subway today and have not been there in awhile due to poor service last time I was there but very glad I went in today the ladies working were excellent and extremely helpful plus the food was awesome!!! Keep up the good work!

I came in during the lunch rush and thought about going somewhere else because I didn’t want to wait! I’m sure glad I did!! Immediately I saw them kick into high gear and knock out the line faster than I have ever seen. Sitting here watching them still in a rush , this team knows what they are doing! Mike and Clarissa go above and beyond to display customer service and the manager Autumn, well I wish we had room in our organization because she is the perfect example of managing by leading. Not sure why everyone is so pressed about time. You went to a sandwich shop where they make it fresh…… Its going to take more time. Also. The customer service is excellent when its deserved. If you, as a customer, are rude or hateful chances are the person working isnt going to be pleasant to you. Either way. Great food. Horrid customers. Clarissa, autumn, and mike are amazing!
