The workers are great, the owner, not so much. The owner refuses to take the coupons that come in the mail. So they make you open the app on your phone to make the order and get the discount. The store can just scan the coupon at the register. ♂️ only Subway I’ve seen that does this.

The past two times that I have eaten at this location it has made me sick literally threw up. I don’t think the employees are very clean and need to think about their hygiene before serving other people food. I am pregnant it could harm my child. Overall since March of 2025 I’ve spent 50$ to 60$ bucks here, for myself and my family. Made me throw up in March too. I went to a different location in Buffalo Missouri and I never got sick from that location. I also went to a location in Collins Missouri never got sick from there either. Every time I eat at the Bolivar location I always get sick. I think that it is poor hygiene among the employees.

I order a meatball marinara salad, and get a bowl full of meatballs, not mixed in any way shape of form! I wanted a salad, not meatballs on a bed of lettuce! The prices of the salads are going up, while the quality of such is going WAY down! Thanks a lot

Alex & Kayla were absolutely friendly and very efficient. They made my sandwich the way I wanted it and they would tell me about the great changes on the menu! I was very pleased with their customer service! I know that Ray runs a tight ship but He treats His employees very well! I have seen it with my own eyes. When you treat your employees well, they will always go above and beyond and Ray is a great guy! I am very please with Alex & Kayla! They deserve a reward!
