Sandwich maker does not seem to like her job. Order kid’s sandwich. Cut a 6” loaf to make a 3” one. Ask for a soda and chips. Jessi snaps we cannot make any substitutions. Consider leaving but drove 20 miles just to go to Subway. Bathroom locked. Worst Subway ever. Will not return.

Service is great!! Jessi is FABULOUS!! She has gotten to know what sandwiches I order. She is always kind. The atmosphere is great as well. The only complaint I have and it isn’t about the store or those who work there, but some of the veggies probably shouldn’t be put out since they look nasty.

Came in this evening to grab a couple of sandwiches for myself and the family from the Marshall Subway after an appalling and completely disrespectful “attempted” service from the Carrollton Subway. When I entered the Subway at the Marshall, MO location I was greeted by Holly and Kim with smiles and courtesy. I then attempted the same request that I had at the Carrollton Subway to use a clean knife due to a family member’s allergies and was without hesitation presented a reply of “absolutely, no problem” from both Holly and Kim. They made everything that I had ordered with a smile and prompted with polite communication and service. The service that I received here at the Marshall Subway was absolutely top tier and you could tell that the training for the employees here and the overall atmosphere far exceeds the level of training and quality of service at the Carrollton Subway. A special thanks to Holly and Kim this evening for turning what was a horrible experience at one location into a positive one. Going forward I will forgo the 35 minute drive to Marshall Missouri’s Subway Location just to be able to experience great quality food and amazing customer service from there staff over the convenience of eating locally at Carrollton Missouri’s Subway and having to deal with rude and inconsiderate employees. I highly recommend anyone whom finds either review do the same, because it’s absolutely worth it.
