The first couple times I’ve ordered here was great! But the last 3 or 4 times it has been soggy, too much sauce, and the employees didn’t really acknowledge anything I asked for. So I’ll get the a star in the middle, 3 out of 5.

Beyond rude ladies working & the gentleman with them on the night my wife & I went in to get a sub for dinner. Their so rude and unhappy the short haired manager girl slammed my tomatoes in the trash for asking fir others. The girl with the fake blue eyes she’s just as rude & honestly if they are that unhappy they need to quit. Your quality of service & care goes into your food or any works & of course our sandwiches were terrible. I worked in a Subway as a young man, had I treated customers badly for their vehi choices, man today’s youth are just thinking even paying customers owe them something. I hope I’m no longer around when they take their turn at our world, cannot even handle a sub sandwich.

A young man named Hayden made me a steak and cheese, however once I got home and looked closer at it I realized, to my own dismay, he had given me a turkey sandwich, with very suspicious looking sauce. I ate it, but I wasn’t happy. Three days later when I came back to return it, they told me I couldn’t! Very dissatisfied, good bathrooms and very clean though.

I usually use the drive thru because it’s super convenient. Never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Sandwiches are usually Subway quality.

Place was clean. Food was decent. Service was below par. The employee building my sandwich was nice but didn’t know the menu and I had to tell them how to build a CBR. This individual also did not know how to tell the difference between useable fresh ingredients and ingredients that was no longer fresh or below quality standards. So I had to pick those pieces out of my sandwich after the fact. Then the individual who ran the register didn’t appear to speak English. I asked for a small drink three separate times and was charged for one but did not receive the cup for this drink until I asked one of the other employees to get it for me. Not sure what all that was about ♂️ Not the worst, but could’ve been better.

Did a visit through the drive thru today around 2:15. The woman who took my order and checked me out was very kind. Order came out almost immediately, I was still paying and it was done! I normally don’t leave reviews, but the employee deserves some recognition for being so nice and quick! I pass through town for work often, will stop through here again in the future.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich on a road trip to go see the wineries in Hermann. Today I’ve spent all day listening to my travel buddy throw up from food poisoning. Heading home tomorrow, what a waste.
