Just left there. Had been sitting at the window for a good 10 minutes before anyone came to get my payment. The girl (young teenager) slammed my sandwich on the counter when she saw I had a coupon. Then yanked the coupon out of my hand, took my card and then basically threw my sandwich out the window. To finish all of it my hand was barely away from the window when she slammed the window shut.

Do not go here after 9 they will refuse you service. It was like 9:04 and at the speaker they said they were closed. The website says they close at 9:30 p.m. just watch the time before you order at night.

A very kind blonde girl did the first half of my sandwich. She was very sweet, despite an older woman in front of me being rude to her. They were relatively busy and this girl did an awesome job. My sandwich was really good 🙂

Halloween night, everyone is busy. So happy to see that Subway was open because I wanted something healthy versus going to Sonic next door. Sign clearly says they close at 8 on Halloween and I walk-in at 7:52, checked my watch, and I have been on the other side of the counter plenty so I don’t care that it’s 8 minutes before close. It takes 5 minutes to make a sandwich. I was told that I could not get served and that I could go through the drive-thru but the lobby closed at 8. I pointed out to her that it was not 8 yet and she simply said sorry. Really, tell me to go back out to my car and go through the drive-thru? I am standing right in front of you and there are other people in the lobby at the same time. Just make my sandwich and send me on my way. I get that help is hard to find but I guess customers don’t matter anymore. Also, in case an owner or manager reads this, it was a girl and a guy working and this was the girl. I don’t want to leave a 1 star rating because I love Subway, but when I am denied service when it’s clearly open, forget that.

I was excited to use the new touch screen to simplify ordering through the drive thru. Unfortunately the screen is not working correctly. I had to repeatedly tap the continue button and other ones about 20 times before the screen would continue. I almost gave up and drove off. On top of all that…my order was incorrect when I got it home. So I guess the new system is not working properly on their end either. Disappointed.
