Showed up tonight at 8:40. They close at 9 pm per Google search. Everything was put away, bread, sides etc. The oven was turned off and we were informed that nothing could be toasted. I asked the girl working if she would be able to turn on the toaster, of which she said no. She then proceeded to inform us that she was wanting to close and was having personal family issues etc. We left and went to the other Subway across town. This subway lost our money tonight.

The ladies working the afternoon/evening shift were very welcoming and friendly and made a banging sandwich. I haven’t been to this location for couple months due to the staff working. Keep these ladies. They are friendly and do not act like you’re inconvenience to them.

Ordered two foot long sandwiches and one 6″ today. They messed up our order so bad I don’t even know where to start. We didn’t ever even receive the 6″ for my son. My foot long was not what I ordered but what my son ordered for his sandwich that he didn’t even get! Never ordering from this store again. They clearly only hire people at this store that don’t understand a simple order.

This location has great food and personable staff. Management is the issue and attention to detail lacks. Opening up after a holiday with no food prepped and no bread made. Management gives the excuse closed early the evening before. With no extra time on break I had to get something there. Only able to provide some of the things I wanted on sandwich management wanted me to pay full price for a less the satisfactory sandwich that I wanted. Eventually providing me with very little discount. I choose this location due to with only 30min lunch break its the quickest. Still have to go inside because EVERY call in order is not correct. Either a ingredient are missing or a Jalapeno is confused with a cucumber although written correctly on ticket. OR being put on hold for 20min to have just been forgotten, so after 4 separate incidences in a row I now have to go the extra couple of miles to other location. I believe this location could improve with better management in the future.

Food usually is good but only sometimes the sandwiches are loaded down with the fixing in which then you feel you get your money’s worth, then there those days where not only is the service scares but the fixing are too and what really gets me is the subway is known for “sub sandwhiches” meaning they shouldn’t run out of the bread cause that’s like the main ingredient right…., well on more then one occasion I have experienced them running out of freaking bread. Let’s just hope they figure it out how to stay stocked with all the main ingredients from now on cause really when they have everything the food is always good. You can’t really go wrong making sandwiches unless you just don’t have everything to make it.

There’s a particular worker that wears a bandana headband that’s almost always working but has a terrible attitude. I understand everybody is shorthanded but it’s a stressful environment for an overpriced sandwich, that isn’t prepared with any care at all
