Hasn’t eaten there in a long time but my granddaughter wanted Subway so….I had a melt when I reached in to grab it only the bread came out the cheese was stuck to the bag so I took the meat and put it on the bread turned it over and bread was burnt. So I guess it will be another long time…

Service and quality have always been up to par or better but their hours between the website, Google maps, and those on the door of the store are not updated as often as necessary so I’ve sat in the parking lot waiting for them to open for half an hour, before realizing not all the times match and going elsewhere instead of waiting an additional 30 minutes, much to the disappointment of myself an excited kiddo more than once.

It’s subway. Service was great. One person doing all the work. Sandwiches were good. Been under for close to a year now I think. Maybe longer. Build supplies have been in a pile on the floor in lobby for that long. So… Service made it 4 stars. If it wasn’t for that it would be 3

It had been many years since I’d been to a subway, but I heard about the new subs and thought it was worth it to try them. I have to do some unique orders to get ones that don’t have pork on them, but when I manage to order one, they’re excellent quality. I like the bella mozza with rotisserie chicken instead of pork, and next time I think I’ll get it toasted, I bet that cheese would sing when it’s melted. I’m a fan of their flavors and quality and will be coming back from time to time again.

In town for a race, wanted to grab lunch on the way out. Rose was beyond rude, was rude about my children trying to order their own food(age 9 & 7) then was mad we ask for sweet onion sauce which made her have to walk 10 feet to grab a refill. While paying she said a gift card was declined and would not try to run it again. Afyer finally getting her food after a tantrum of a child we called and checked the balance which it does indeed have. The other staff where great and even seemed put off by Rose and her attitude. Hopefully management takes a look at who they have working for them.

There was only 1 boy who appeared to be working. I was the only person in the restaurant, it took him 3-5 minutes to come out from the back. Once he started making my sandwich his phone rang, he pulled his phone out of his pocket with his gloves on and laid it on the counter next to my sandwich. He then continues making my food with his same gloves. While continuing, his phone rings again. This time he answers it, asks me to hold on, and walks to the back. (My regret is not walking out at this point) he comes back 1-2 minutes later, picks up my sandwich and finishes making it. Same gloves. At this point I’m disgusted and worried for the future of our workforce.

The manager is a great lady. But one employee, is rude. She insisted a sandwich had to be as is, nothing taken away, nothing added. Same employee, another visit, heated my son’s sandwich until it was so hard he couldn’t eat it. When we mentioned it, she said that’s how they did it and did not apologize or offer a discount or replacement. Haven’t been here in a long time. Now i may never come back.

It’s probably been 5+ yrs since I’ve eaten at a Subway. Was glad they brought back the wraps. They no longer have spices mustard ! Thought it was good and will go back.
