The people here are always friendly and the sandwiches perfect but don’t order delivery because you pay way more for half the food….this is not double meat….and I ordered chocolate milk and got white and I ordered later to avoid them having to make the food in the middle of a rush, but 2 hours before closing…Why does a customer get exactly what they want but not get the same quality when the food is delivered? What happened to taking pride in your work?

I ordered a pick up order 2 hours ahead of time and since I work close by and only get 30 min lunch breaks. I went there to pick up and had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to hand me my wrap. I get to the car to inspect and it’s face down in the paper and the wrap WAS NOT wrapped. It was messy and slimy and NOT wrapped up. This could have been done better. I went inside got napkins and told them exactly this to give them some constructive criticism. I hope this helps future orderers.

Terrible experience. I get it, you have to work on the 4th of July. That’s a bummer. Would it kill you to greet customers with a smile or decent greeting? Don’t treat my family and I like it’s our fault you had to be there. Also, a little more patience with customers who aren’t familiar with your menu would help as well. We haven’t been to a subway in a while, now I remember why. Lastly, conflicts with coworkers who aren’t there should be discussed in private and not in front of customers. There are several other fast food choices in close proximity to this Subway. I would think about those first before spending your money here.

Employees were very rude. I requested less tuna on my footlong she was disgusted by this. “YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT YOU DON’T GET IT CHEAPER JUST BECAUSE YOU GET LESS TUNA”. I am very aware of this I responded. Will have to think about ever returning to this location.
