This was by far the nastiest Chick-fil-a I have ever been in. The fella who took our order was nice enough and order was correct and hot, but it was hard to enjoy given the state of the dining room. Trash cans were overflowing, trash on the floor, tables had not been wiped down, there were greasy leg marks (sunscreen?) on the booth seats- we wiped down our own table with sanitizer wipes I had in my purse. When an employee did come out to wipe tables, I watched her use the same towelette for multiple tables and only spot wipe them rather than clean the whole table. She did not wipe down the booth seats, which in retrospect may have been a blessing- given the one towelette. Restroom was just as bad- toilet paper on the floors, soap all over the sink and trash overflowing. At nearly 3pm on a Monday, I would have expected better housekeeping. Do better Chick-fil-a.

Stopped by yesterday for breakfast while traveling back to Florida and this is a wonderful CFA! It’s a beautiful location, the playground is great for kids, and we had the chance to meet the owner and his family, who were very welcoming. We will definitely stop by again on our next road trip!

Slowest chikfila ever. Correct order. Food quality as expected. Only observed 2 employees with any sense of urgency.

I eat at Chick Fil A regularly. I normally eat at the Tiger Town location (Opelika, Alabama). Today, since I was in the area of Valley, Alabama, I decided to drop in for a salad for lunch. I asked for a market salad with the grilled chicken on the side. I do not wish to have the hot chicken on top of my lettuce considering that I will not eat lunch for another three or four hours after purchasing. In Opelika, this has never been an issue and my chicken is on the side as requested. Valley’s Chick Fil A wanted to charge me $4.00+ to put grilled chicken in a small cup. I am not against an additional $ .50 or perhaps $1.00 but $4.00?? I don’t frequently visit this location and this has been a deciding factor that I will not make it a priority to do so again.

I’ve tried the drive thru twice and it takes ages to get through to the end I would get no sauce with my tenders , the tenders very greasy than normal and some even missing batter on them , So I tried order pickup on the app and I ordered the food at 7:40 pm and it said to stand at the order pickup so I waited so long that the app asked me if I was still waiting or recieved food. Finally they gave me my milkshake but not the rest of the order so I waited longer and finally got my salad . Didn’t get a straw and walked out at 8:15pm . By the time I got my food my milkshake was melting . You should not give out a milk shake before the food arrives, learn processes . If the order isn’t complete don’t make a chilled product to sit and melt while the other is being prepared just prepare the chilled product last it doesn’t take long to make a milk shake . These workers have to be told how to the most easiest tasks . No one said my pleasure and everyone seemed to not want to be at work . Tons of workers behind the cash register but more confusing and standing around than working . No one checked on me for the amount of time I was waiting and in my opinion I feel like they were purposely avoiding me . All in all I’m not sure yet if I’ve made my mind up on never coming back although it was nice getting a chick fil a here I work in Auburn so may just continue getting from that location . Update tried them again , I had less fries in my large box than my regular size box . This makes no sense why pay for a larger side to get less quantity . This place is only going down hill and I do not forsee them lasting long term unless they really turn around the culture at this location

One of the best ChikFilAs I’ve ever eaten at! Very clean establishment with an incredibly friendly staff. Felt like a family atmosphere where everyone knew each other. My son had a blast playing in the playground — such a treat to have. The food was delicious, food came quickly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Will visit again!

Now I understand i came 5 minutes till 9:00 p.m. which is closing time on 10/11/2025,but to get out my car walk up hand my cold fries over to employee was looked at as if I was crazy by who I assume was a member of management I said yea they cold touch them they literally had no heat. I then was asked did I want them back because all fries were dumped? cool I said ok took cold fries like dang no hey let us take your name and when you return we will replace your fries or any other offer,or maybe let us cook you some descent fries stuff way to expensive to get food that’s not even room temperature!
