Today was my first time ordering at this location. We usually use the plattsburg or Kearney locations but this one is a minute from our house so I just bit the bullet for times sake. None of our food was made correctly. They didn’t have ingredients in stock for certain sandwiches. I ordered in the app and couldn’t use my coupon code. It also took an additional 15 mins past our pickup time for the order to be ready.

Stopped in to grab a couple fountain drinks today and overheard an extremely rude Subway cashier. A man was in there to apparently grab a DoorDash order, and she instantly copped an attitude and raised her voice. Yelling snarkily she informed him, “well this pickup order was ready at 11:50am so you’ll just have to wait”. I overheard him calmly apologize, advising he came from Excelsior Springs immediately upon receiving the order, and goes where/when he’s notified”. She huffed loudly and again stated he’d “just have to wait”. I was aghast at how she treated this man and for zero reason (from what I heard). Worst part being she appeared to be the Lead or Manager. Will never be stopping to eat here and highly advise you don’t either!

I’ve ordered sandwiches here in the past, and the Customer Service was always just Garbage, and Extremely Slow. Stopped going here for years.
The one time I go back the Service was still Extremely Slow (Because for some reason there is never more than one person working?) and the Bread that was used for the Sandwiches was Stale and Old, as were the Cookies that were SO old that they were harder than a rock and impossible to eat (:
Overall super disappointing. I definitely would recommend taking the extra 15 minutes that you would wait at this subway, to drive to the Subway location in Kearney. Amazing staff and the food/ingredients are actually fresh.

I went into this location this evening & had a great experience! Rachel served me & she made my sandwich perfect! It was neat & she made it exactly how I wanted it. Not to mention, she had everything looking clean & neat behind the counter. Next time I go there, I hope she is working. Fantastic customer service!

Ordered via the app. 20 minute wait time. Sandwiches not ready on time. We come back 30 minutes later and she’s just finishing. Then tells me they were warmed in the microwave & not toasted as requested. Built very sloppily. Wife refused to eat it. 3 sandwiches in the trash. Ordered Casey’s pizza instead. And I hate Casey’s pizza!

My sister and I went in to the subway at the mule stop in lathrop Missouri. We ordered 6 sandwiches 3 meatball, 1 Italian , and 2 Turkey. The only problem we had was the lady wasnt very friendly. She kept looking up towards the other counter.
