Gogo’s Bistro really is as good as its reputation suggests. I hesitated at first because the ratings seemed almost too glowing, but after eating here, it’s clear they’re earned.
The French dip was phenomenal. Excellent bread, tender and flavorful meat, and an au jus that was flavorful without being salty or oily. I ordered mine with horseradish, which added just the right kick, while my dining companion enjoyed his without. He also enjoyed the house-made chips. They were a bit thinner than he usually prefers, but still crisp and delicious.
The side salad was fresh and well done, with house-made lemon vinaigrette, crisp veggies, dried cranberries, and candied pecans. A nice complement, but the sandwich is absolutely the star.
It’s a food truck set up in a brewery parking lot. We were just passing through town, otherwise we would have happily taken them up on the offer to go inside and get cozy. Food was ready in about ten minutes.
Absolutely worth stopping for.

This place is amazing!! I got a gluten free chicken cheesesteak and WILL be coming back again. Everything was fresh and they have hand cut potato chips. 10/10

For starters, Gogo’s was the only food truck open after 9pm during the Silvermoon block party— thank you for staying open! We had the Philly cheesesteak w tots & the Cuban sandwich w fries, both exceeded our expectations and were delicious. The team (family?) running it were incredibly friendly and kind too. Would eat again!
