If you wanting an quick lunch stop by the New Subway on J highway off of 71. It’s clean and convenient establishment of the highway. Enjoy Nice clean restrooms with plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. Friendly staffing with quick service. Gas station across the street. One stop shop while heading home or new by small cities.

Absolutely worst customer service and sandwiches in my life. I ordered online my pick up time was 7:05 pm, at 7:45pm I received my order. When I got home sandwiches were also burnt. I called to ask for a managers name and I was hung up on. I was told they were busy, but as I was waiting 5 sandwiches were made between 2 workers.

I saw another review that described the employee who greeted us with a huge belch right in our faces. A small apology was offered after my husband told him how rude it was. We would have left if we weren’t able to see every move it took to make our sandwiches. Lack of manners or lack of supervision. Maybe both. This employee should be fired

At first I got an inedible sub, but I called and he made me a new one and it was one of the best I have ever had. They have a great Sunday night shift worker. Give him an accommodation for great customer service.

We went there Aug 20, 2022. Around 2 pm. The lady staff was horrible. Not very friendly. Wasn’t very nice to the lady In front of us. She ordered 4 salads and she was going to her charges $80 for! My husband and I ordered a sandwich each. It was awful! Just thrown together. Hard, and chewy, the bread was left open so it has a hard, nothing on the sandwich tasted great. Felt like chewing bubble gum. We only took a few bites then thrown away. We got our drinks and both employees where no where to be seen. We didn’t even get to our car when the lady employee was out the door. I get it it’s time to go home. But you have a job to do. You can’t just leave. I would not recommend this place at all.

I get there to pickup my order, they bring it out to me and says there’s a problem with my order out of cookies. They don’t apologize, they said they can substitute the other kinds they have. I said No thank you I don’t like the other kinds. Can you refund my money. Their reply was No I don’t know how to do that and our manager is really busy…. But I can try to talk to the manager. Waited 10 mins for a refund they tell me I have to come in to get my refund. I go in and get my refund. The refund was done by the guy who said they didn’t know how, no sign of management there. They didn’t even give me my full refund of 7.62 instead just give me the 7.00. This is the worst service I have every had at a subway.

Very very very rude. We will never come back, she called herself the manager. She slammed the bread door so hard. I thought she was gonna shoot me. She should not be working with the public. She is one rude person. I paid for the sandwich and tossed it in the garbage. She didn’t have gloves on.
