Whoever the gentlemen is in this photo—Thank you so much for such an amazing sub! Although your co-worker, pictured as well, decided to tell you to get off the line because “you’re too slow & taking up too much time”, I didn’t mind waiting LESS THAN 5 minutes for TWO footlongs especially when you had 5 people in store, & 2 incoming online orders…to the woman here, I truly hope you were just having a rough day because I could never belittle a co-worker who is willing to stay late & help with the rush hour…& I could never ever tell someone that they should leave because they’re going too slow, way to show an employee how valuable they are right? Such a sad scene of a store—next time encourage him, or teach him faster ways…I’d love to see him succeed here, but I sure wouldn’t miss her if she continued to act the way she does…

The food is always good, and I’ve found the workers to be very pleasant. My gripe is that they don’t know how to operate the register when I’m redeeming rewards. Sometimes the person operating the register knows how, and sometimes they don’t. If Subway is going to offer rewards, the employees should be trained on how to use the register correctly.

The woman working kept one earbud in and mumbled every single sentence under her breath. When I asked her to repeat herself (which I did 5+ times) she somewhat yelled with an obviously annoyed tone. Clearly had no idea what the ingredients were on the subs I ordered and had to keep asking what they were. Also looking at these reviews, they don’t allow service dogs, which is heavily illegal.

This is a very well-organized and pleasing to the eye restaurant. It is remarkably cleaner and more organized than many other Subways. Employees are very nice and friendly. The order was placed correctly and the food is phenomenal. Kuddos to this Subway would recommend.

i placed a mobile order and i must be booboo the fool to just trust that someone can make my sandwich properly, but i got a sandwich that was mushed into a bag and practically inedible.
i was wondering why my friends sandwich was perfectly wrapped up but mine was in a bag.
i came home and took it out of the bag and everything was spilling out and looked disgusting tbh, my bread wasn’t toasted and felt weirdly doughy. bacon was too pink for my taste for me to feel safe eating it whatsoever.

I visited this location today with my service animal who is a 4lb small dog that I carry in my arms. The app was down so I had to go inside and was told immediately that they did not allow dogs in the store. I mentioned that this was a service animal and was told that it did not matter because the girl in the kitchen was allergic to dogs. Mind you I was at least 20 ft away from this person and I am allergic to dogs which is why I have a dog with a different type of hair that I am not allergic to. After being screamed at about how my dog would cause the person in the kitchen to have an allergic reaction, I just left. Subway please train your people on ADA requirements.

There are 3 subways in Arnold. This is the best one by far. They actually make the sandwich how you ask them, they aren’t punk teenagers working behind the counter, it’s easy to get in and out of the strip mall. Highly recommend checking it out.

I placed an order to be picked up on July 4th. When I arrived the location was closed. They still charged me. I’ve tried remedying the situation with the store but they claimed it’s out of their hands. I had to twist arms to even get them to remake my food. The store manager was absolutely rude and hid in the back of the store while her workers were busy taking care of me. I will never visit this establishment again

Why so skimpy? I added all but a few of the veggies to my sub, even got extra on some, yet it was still 80% bread. Not even much turkey on it… If this wasn’t a mobile order, I would not have accepted and paid for it. I don’t know what this place thinks they stand to gain by skimping customers, we will just go somewhere else. Butler Hill Subway is always pretty good. On a positive note… this store is nice inside and the food was ready on time.

I happened to go on July 3rd, yesterday evening. The woman working was there as the lone employee and it happened to be very busy. The woman , “0709” ( I didn’t get her name) , worked her butt off. She was friendly and good humored , and made a great sandwich. The customers were all decently patient . Kudos to a very nice person and very good worker !
