This Subway does not support the United States military. Came here on veterans Day and I thought I’d pick up a sandwich as per Subway giving a free 6-in sandwich to all military and veterans. On veterans Day. The guy behind the counter was quite rude. Did not care. And was basically like get out of the store. I will say watching The Mill the sandwich is well was pretty sad. Hardly any meat put on it hardly any cheese, overall I can see why this place has bad ratings. I would not come to the subway

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They add a tip to your total without telling you. No selection on the pad in front of you that is normal at each subway. He told me my total and I tapped my card to pay. He tried to not give me my receipt but I insisted on taking it. Turns out my total had been inflated by $1.88 after he told me a different amount. Then they gouge you on the sandwich. The sandwich I normally order is 7.99 for a six inch while this place is 9.99. These guys are crooks. Please do not give them your business.

This Subway sucks they give you very little meet very little toppings 2 to 3 pickles you have to really forcefully ask for extra I don’t know why this place is open if you can make it to a different location please go cuz this ain’t it! if this is a self a franchise Subway and you are mad cuz you have to work with the public maybe you should made a better decision, my bucks keep u open 9 dollars on a sandwich I could have made at home us ridiculous, Im looking to see how I can further report this location, The 2 people who worked there are brown, not sure if there decent but im African American and to look at me as if you’re upset because you put three pickles on my sandwich is a bit much but you want my money in your cash register! I got a yummy sub to go! Loaded! My Sandwich Artist was very friendly and built my sub perfectly! I came back two days in a row!! I was so hungry and the oven toasted subs were so good, I devoured them and forgot photos both nights back at the room lol!

The first few times I went here my sandwich was excellent.
Although lately, the bread’s quality has significantly declined. The edges are too hard to eat, and the rest is stale and chewy, which spoils the whole sandwich experience.

I was not greeted as I approached the counter and one male employee stood behind the counter staring at me for several minutes. Finally another employee came from the back to take my order. As the initial male employee rang me up for my sandwich I went to type in my number for rewards points and the male began to push multiple buttons and the screen in front of me jumped three times the second jump was the tip screen which always has to be tapped by the customer for the percentage you want to leave. I never tapped that screen however when my total popped up it was unusually high for my regular sandwich order. I asked for the receipt and observed that a tip of $3.24 was added to the order. I never approved a tip nor would I tip after receiving bad service. These people are stealing from customers and if I had not had to get back to work I would have contacted authorities. I don’t care if it’s .10 you don’t steal from me!

i don’t write reviews but this was like the worst customer service i’ve ever received. me and my friend went in and the worker didn’t even greet us, she made us stand there for 15 minutes while she counted change up which would’ve been fine if she just said “i’ll be with you in a minute” but no just stares from her. she finally took our order and her tone was horrible the whole time and didn’t say anything at all after making the sandwhichs (during the cashing out)

The food is really good. The ladies that were working were very pleasant. They are a little too high on their bowls and really high on the little amount of avocado sauce. It was an Xtra $2.00 and the bowl was already $9.19.

The food was decent here. We bought two sandwiches and no drinks. My girlfriend and I completed the survey at the bottom of the receipt for two free cookies. When I took it to the manager to redeem the offer he did not honor the coupon code. I showed him the phone with the code on it. On the screen there was a sample receipt that showed where you were supposed to write the code down for redemption, a sample receipt of sorts. The manager seemed to think that this sample code and receipt were the code I was trying to redeem and kept saying “No this is for the Cincinatti store.” I kept insisting that we just did the survey and that he knew we bought food from his restaurant. He was not willing to budge on the matter. For the trouble I went through dealing with him I feel like he could afford to let two cookies go. The only positive part of the visit was the girls who made our sandwiches were nice and helpful, the manager not so much.
