The winning combination of market and restaurant, with fresh foods prepared on premises, a bakery, a meat market and an extensive wine selection, is very similar to our popular Graziano’s Market Coral Gables. Dinner at Graziano’s Market Weston has already attracted a loyal following, and the location is also a great choice for business lunches, happy hour and brunch on weekends.

The food was honestly disappointing. Graziano’s is a restaurant that specializes in Argentine cuisine, known for its quality and traditional Argentine cuts of meat. I knew it would be busy, but I was looking forward to enjoying an Argentine parrillada.
When they brought the parrillada, I noticed that the heater underneath wasn’t hot—it was only used as a serving tray. The chorizo and morcilla were okay, nothing spectacular, but they had decent flavor. I ordered the meat medium, and not only was it almost cold, it was rare. The chinchulines and mollejas were cold, rubbery, and white in color. I kindly asked if they could please cook everything a bit more, as everything was almost cold. They brought it back 5 minutes later. The meat was slightly improved but still quite tough. The ribs were basically inedible. And the chinchulines and mollejas were honestly a disgrace.
The waiter passed by, asked if he could take the plates, saw everything was still there, didn’t say a word, and just took everything away. Since you pay when you order, we simply left. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place—at least not for dining in. Some of the products might be worth it for takeout, but they definitely lost a customer.
I didn’t even mention that I ordered two empanadas and they were half-cooked, falling apart from how pale they were. The only truly good thing was the can of Coca-Cola, which was nice and cold.
I know meat—and this was honestly a fiasco
The food at Graziano’s Market is simply outstanding. Steaks, paninis and sandwiches. They have all types of empanadas and excellent desserts.
The service is equally impressive. The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. Their dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience is evident in every interaction. In addition to the restaurant, Graziano’s Market also features a market area where you can find a variety of gourmet items, including meats, cheeses, and pastries. It’s the perfect place to pick up ingredients for a delicious meal at home or to find unique gifts for food enthusiasts.
Overall, Graziano’s Market Weston is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine and a delightful dining experience.
From their famous empanadas to their grilled meats, every bite reflects the true flavors of Argentina. Additionally, their bakery and wine selection add a special touch for those looking to pair their meal with the best of South American cuisine.
The service is attentive and friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. Whether for a family meal, a gathering with friends, or simply shopping for gourmet products, Graziano’s Market Weston is a place worth visiting.
