My daughter and I went half on the buy one get the other for a dollar
You can only get the deal through the app so we waited until we got in store to put our order in
She added her toppings through the app but I wanted to select my toppings in store because they are too heavy handed for my taste
The store refused to let me dress my sandwich I could only get the toppings she put in the app when I was standing right there before they even made the sandwich so suffice it to say she ended up with both sandwiches cause the toppings she had I don’t even eat some of them
When I tried to find a number to complain there isn’t one and the automated system doesn’t address my issue
I wasn’t asking for anything free the toppings come with the sandwich in fact they would have saved some because I didn’t want all the condiments she had
If you ever go to subway don’t go to this location they don’t have customer service skills! The store location is 8005 West Florissant

Besides kids working at this location it’s pretty laid back. The food is great the store is clean. I come to this location all the time. Ever time I come to this location the floors are clean and the tables are spotless. For vegans try the veggie delight on that tomato or spinach wrap. It’s great.

I live close to this Subway. My older brother and I went together. This location, I found out, that he was not aware of. He ordered his meal. He really enjoyed it, and said he will come more often, when he’s in this area. The servers were kind and courteous, and prepared a Subway sandwich my brother enjoyed! He’s even sold on the choice I recommended to him. That was to change from wheat bread, his usual request, to your delicious honey oat bread. He loved it, and says that will be his choice of your many delicious breads from now on. Keep up the great work!

I will never go back to this subway again. When I walked in there was a customer paying for her meal and one waiting for hers to be made. The manager was so disrespectful to the other worker who I imagined was new while he was making the other customers food. I brought this to his attention that he was not treating him right and promptly kicked me out after sitting there for a half hour while watching him treat this employee that way. This man should never of been made manager. He does not know how to treat human beings respectfully either behind the counter or in front.

Two of the most unintelligent employees I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to rely upon. I nearly lost my patience as they put aside my order to complete other orders. It took forty five minutes before they finally got to it and it was like watching a train wreck. How many times do you need to read the receipt before you remember its lettuce that goes next… Absolutely blew my mind how bad they were.
Edit: New guy there is fast, smart and labels orders. This place doesn’t deserve him, but at least the idiots are gone.

Today we went in and the store had a dead feeling to it . When we walked up to the glass nothing looked fresh . The lettuce was brown and when we asked the young man to get some fresh lettuce he simply dumped the fresh lettuce on top of the brown lettuce . They were very stingy with the fixings . Also there was utensils sitting on top of everything and the meat was not fresh . When I got home and bit into my sandwich all I could taste was stale bread

Nice clean place. Friendly employees and management is always on site and available. Food is fresh, delicious and handled properly. Tables are always clear and clean for seating to eat in. Sandwiches made to your liking with precision and speed! We go there quite frequently!

My experience here was awesome…..the young lady by the name of Sam made my food so delicious that I came home ate it and not 30mins later went back just to order it again for lunch the next day. She was so pleasant and quick I will always come back just so she can make my food. YOU ROCK SAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So when you come here look for Sam she is the best!

This location was absolutely terrible. I came up here with my girlfriend it was 9:40 literally 20 minutes before close and it specifically said thet were open until ten. There were customers inside the store ordering food, looked as if they had just placed the order. The doors were locked and all the lady (employee) did was wave her hands and wave her head to not let us in. If the store closes at 9:40. THEN THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE TIME TO 9:40. Im sick and tired of management thinking its okay to allow that. Its money in your pocket and it makes people want to come back to your store. PERIOD!! its unexceptable. I hope this store closes down, they are just rude in general.

Absolutely dreadful display of how to run a business. We had a team of hungry soccer players, and as we walked into the empty restaurant, they became hostile and told us we would have to call ahead- that’s right we needed to call ahead for a fast-food restaurant, with no one eating or ordering inside the ghost-town of a restaurant. The workers and manager complained to the point, where half of the team felt they had to go to eat at another restaurant. I own a bussines and let me tell you- I would fire my manager immediately, if I found out that he or she behaved like that to 20 plus potential customers, along with the employees working with the manager that day.
