Walked into the counter. “What do you want?” “ i’ll do a 6 inch seasoned steak and avocado.”

Kid who looks like he was either stoned or didn’t want to be there. Put my sandwich in the oven and walks away and another employee takes it over. “ what do you want on the sandwich??” I would like lettuce and red onion”

Forgot the avocado which I had to tell them that they didn’t give me any avocado and they said I had to let them know that I wanted avocado. I figured telling them that I would like a seasoned steak and avocado sandwich implied that I would like avocado but apparently not. Both employees were really nasty and rude.

I wanted more on my sandwich but she slapped the avocado on it and wrapped it up before I was finished

There was an older lady who was quite rude to me and my friends seemingly for no reason. I was just trying to be nice while ordering and she continued to look at me and my friends with disgust. As good as Subway can be, this lady garunteed I’d never return to this store.

I ordered me and my employees lunch for doing a good job on a very busy day I sent them to go get the food and an older woman refused to give it to them because “they had the wrong name” when I asked them they said they gave the name so then I had to leave the store to go talk to her and was greeted with the most rude encounter I’ve ever had in my life she was mean and yelled at a bunch of 16 year old girls and when she realized it was indeed our food she wasn’t apologetic in the slightest in fact was just a bitter person I have never left a review of a restaurant in my life but this seemed worthy of one you will never catch me returning here ever again I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect not to mention the order came out wrong I didn’t even care all I cared about was this rude woman who shouldn’t be working a job where she has to deal with people this is just unacceptable

Typical Subway food (neither good nor bad). It’s fast and filling for lunch, and I go there at least once a week. Lots of tables to sit at if you want to eat there – it’s one of the larger Subways. This place is very erratic on it’s sandwich making though. One day, I’ll get lots of toppings, the next day, I’ll get 2 pickles and 3 shreds of lettuce. Many of the employees need much more training, particularly in the customer service area. They guy that was running the checkout today talked to no one. Even after he rings up your order, he just looks at you like you’re stupid. No greeting, doesn’t tell you how much it is, no “thank you.” They put my sandwich in a bag, but just tossed my chips and cookie on the counter – I guess they don’t like bagging. No nothing. A little bit of basic customer service training for these people would go a LONG way and make the experience a little more pleasant.

Absolutely by far the worst customer service that I have ever received in my life. I would not recommend patronizing this establishment. The employees are totally incapable of communicating and customer service is foreign to them. They don’t know how to to treat people with respect but they expect you to spend your money with them. I watched them treat the customers before like trash but I still tried to give them the benefit of doubt. I was not greeted when I approached the counter all the guy did was stand there and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. He didn’t open his mouth to say one single word to me the entire time he was making my sandwich. How can you make someone’s sandwich and not speak to them? I asked for the manager and she was an absolute train wreck herself. She didn’t correct his actions or lack there of. Her response to me complaining about the lack of customer service was “It’s his first day”. He saw me complaining to his manager so he decided to come down to the register and be very disrespectful and ignorant to say the least. The manager refused to give me the owner’s number or contact information so that I could file a complaint. There is no corporate information available either. The owner supposedly doesn’t want to be contacted so in my opinion they don’t care about the business. Please don’t patronize this business it’s trash especially if you’re a person of color. They are beyond disgusting racist people. I wouldn’t eat here for free !!!!!

If I could give a zero review I would. I tried to place a online order since the locations site said delivery was available. First order was accepted then canceled and said to reorder on line so I placed the order again then it was canceled again. Long story short they still charged my card twice and when I called the store was told they didn’t see the order and to call the online people but they don’t know who you would call or what the number is.
So basically order online at your own risk and be prepared to have to talk to your bank to get the charges reversed.

We love this Subway, but unfortunately if you do carryout and are running late, they just let your sandwiches sit on the counter. That’s not very good customer service or practicing smart food safety. Bummer

This is a lunch stop I always order the same perfect sandwich, chicken teriyaki sweet onion, etc. Yesterday I ventured beyond my box and got the beef rather than chicken. I’m going back to the chicken, absolutely one of the best, mouth watering, savory delights I have ever sunk my teeth in.
