They said they were about to open so we waited which turned into an hour. Then the lady was rude and complaining about having to be at work. Then got my spicy Italian sub done but no spicy or brown mustard at this location and that’s what makes the sandwhich.

The person preparing the meals has 0 presence of what customer service is. Her demeanor / attitude showed us that she prob hates her job.. We asked for extra lettuce and spinach she said they are not allowed. Funny how it is allowed all over the country except this subway and or this person.

Just wow, tha lady working 7-13 14:00. Great job! Friendly customer service and the sandwich was perfect. Thank you so much for not putting the meat in the crease of the bread. Great Great job, she deserves a raise! I enjoyed every bite!! P.S: I was the guy that made the joke about taking the napkins lol. Again, excellent sandwich skills!!

Awesome experience. Ally was my sub constructor. Great sub. 110% great job. Nice, polite, knowledgeable, tremendous attitude, Awesome attention to detail, and fast. Cashier was awesome to. Sorry did catch her name. I’m from outta state.

My daughter went in to order and said the cashier was rude to her. I don’t appreciate hearing that but I do know this one thing for sure if you don’t find someone with a better attitude, she is going to run into the wrong one and they will help her with that. I see it’s a lot of reviews about bad attitude. I guess that’s what restaurants love nowadays. People with that woke mind set. Get it together People.

Came here tonight before close, about 9:25 pm. This Subway closes at 10:00 pm. The young lady, Ally, was cleaning and putting stuff away when we came up to the counter, and got huffy and said we are about to close. Was throwing toppings on in a hurry and just had an attitude. I understand it was 35 minutes before closing, but you still have to serve people. Unfortunately, her customer service failed tonight. We usually have great service at this location. Not tonight.

As seen here they did not do the sandwich correctly. Every subway folds the meat and here the girl didn’t do it but they charged full price. Wont eat here again.
