The store was clean, all veggies were available and there was plenty of parking. John helped us and he was simply great. Although we could not use the coupon we had he offered a different deal that the store had. He was sweet when getting the details of each sandwich and provided great customer service. I highly recommend this store.

I ordered a cold cut sub on white bread and it was so hard I could not chew it. We live in Hoyleton and we got the sandwich in Mount Vernon. We got at home. I tried to take a bite of it. It was hard called the store and they hung up on us. So we just called corporate. They are very unprofessional and their food is not that great.

Clean and orderly establishment, my order was 100% accurate, and the two young guys were very polite and friendly. All the tables, the floor, the prep area, the drink station, the counters, the ovens, the toaster, the parking lot…. all of it was completely clean! The guys were on par with proper sanitation with washing their hands often and wearing gloves that they changed any time they touched non-food items like the toaster.
Great food, great place, great employees. I will absolutely go back next time I’m in the area!
