Went into du quoin location to get a salad bowl I get half a bowl filled out of some stuff and then I get asked to tip are you kidding me. You get paid full wage and can barely do your job. Paid $13 for a half a bowl of salad. I won’t be going back.

On Tuesday, July 22nd at 6:30 P.M. the two women working messed up the sandwiches, had to remake one. Fast forward, I get home to find she still made one of the 3 sandwiches wrong. I called, was told she could remake it and all I had to do was bring the sandwich back. I then did that, I got there, she argued with me and insisted she made the sandwich right and would not remake it so I asked for a refund instead. She was very rude, told me one thing then did another, and got very hateful and defensive about it. Literally ONLY have problems when those 2 are on a shift. Everybody else who works there ive never had any problems like that with. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place if you want something done right and to your liking. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Duquoin, Illinois has the worst subway experience you could ask for so if crappy sandwiches are your thing be sure to go here.

So I was helped by Adriana A few days ago and I explained to her I had bet my son that DuQuoin could do better THAN pinckneyville Subway;SHE accepted the challenge and for the first time in 5 years of being in Marissa and PINCKNEYVILLE, there was Nothing that could have been done better!! I cannot tell you how happy that made me as A mon of A very particular YOUNG man.

The lady that was waiting on people deserves 5+stars. She had a line of people and was waiting on them by herself. Had a smile on her face, was kind, made sure to ask questions so she would get the order correct. She was the best counter person I had seen in there in awhile!

Usually everything is great here, but when I received my food my two pepperoni and cheese dippers weren’t made correctly and they forgot the sauce, my other food was fine, maybe a one time thing as every other time my food is well made.

Never had a issue ordering here. The food has always been great and super fresh! It’s always super easy to read the menu. Even when it’s super crowded, I always get in and out of the store fairly quickly. Everybody who has worked there has always been so friendly. Just live going here, either for a quick bite or to sit down and eat with my family. Just never had any issues at all with subway. Love it!
