Staff was great & very helpful on figuring out what you wanted, Great Selection but of course we went with the Waffle Bowls! Chocolate & the other Strawberry, Was my first time trying the infamous Waffle Bowl & now I’m sold for life!

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews for this place, but after visiting twice, I must say the ice creams are amazing and the staff were very kind. It is a bit on the pricier side for ice cream, but the flavours are amazing!
It is also a bit messy to take as takeaway, so eat quickly!

I’ve bought 2 birthday cakes from the lynchburg store and both times had things wrong with them. This last time I had a manager contact me after I sent in the pictures of my cake. I was told that they couldn’t control the color the machine produces. It’s as close as possible. The picture in the book wasn’t what my cake looked like at all. Mets baseball team is blue and orange. My son’s cake was not completely covered in icing. Plus, it was pink and blue. All they said to me is “that I took the cake and I couldn’t get a refund.” I didn’t ask for a refund but some other way to compensate for the loss of money I put to it. Of course I took the cake. My son’s party was only a few hours from the time I picked it up. I’ve managed my own store and never did I ever leave a customer unsatisfied. We tried anything to accommodate for the inconvenience. Never will I shop at that store again. Bad customer service for the money we pay

They were closing yet never said a word to us. One young lady helped us. The other rolled her eyes. Our family was quick with our choices and still out before closing time. Not sure if we will return.

I was highly irritated this time going into a cold stone. I was treated rudely and when I questioned something I received an attitude back. This ice cream that is quite expensive, I normally don’t complain about since its normally overflowing, however this time it wasn’t. So I received a lot less then normal occupied by a horrible attitude by an employee. Called after I left and was told this location DOES NOT have a manager at all!

would totally give 5 stars for service had extra tip not been added on to my card! my total should have been 21$. why did it just update a week later to 24!!!!!! i don’t care if it’s just a few dollars it’s the fact that you stole from me PERIOD! i guess the tip i left wasn’t good enough for the minimal work i had you do.

I could’ve bought the ice cream waffle taco from the roaming neighborhood ice cream truck and I would not have found any difference…a pre-made, pre-packaged product…not impressed at all. Sorry.

I’ve been on the hunt for a good hot fudge sundae. This is my visit to Cold Stone. I order all the ingredients I wanted for a sundae and then right in front of my face they ruined it. They mixed everything into a mess. It was terrible to watch. Whip cream I paid for definitely a waste. On the upside the ice cream was good. Oh well back to my search
