I came to the store today, one employee was in before 9:30 am and the other came at 9:45 am, sign on door says restaurant to open at 10:00 am.
Waited until 10:15 am. Two Employees are in and seeing us standing outside waiting for them to open the restaurant door and other customer knocking on door for 15 mins to open and completely ignored them and us. A senior woman with a walker knocked on the door, employees saw her and ignored her, left her standing.
This store lost at least 6 customer because of these two lazy employees.
Opening 15 mins after there advertised time how can I trust them preparing my food.

Food was very fresh and good, Jason was working and he provided excellent service, if I didn’t live 8 hours away I would eat at this subway everytime ! Big thumbs up to Jason for great customer service, we need more hard workers like you, eat here !!!

Ordered online. Went to pick up our order and two of our sandwiches had been started and was out of meatballs for the meatball sub. I ordered the veggie delight with spinach, extra black olives, extra green peppers, extra cucumbers and extra pickles, and my husband changed his order to the same as mine but had other items added to his. Since my husband was not able to get the meatball sub we asked for a bag of chips to compensate the price difference of the meatball sub we could get. The worker asked why, we told him. He said no and handed us our food then walked away. We get back to our hotel room, my sub only had mayo, spinach, sub lunch, a couple of green peppers and black olives-he didn’t put on my cucumbers, or pickles. It was the skimpiest sandwich I have ever seen in my life. We take it back, the employee rudely asked “what do you want?” Told him my sandwich was made wrong, he questioned what was wrong with it-I said it was missing items and handed him my sandwich with the receipt. My husband then asked since not only were there no meatballs, my sandwich was made wrong and we had to make a trip back, could we get the chips this time. He yelled no. I did not get his name but he was the most unfriendly subway employee we have ever come across. All he could have said was “I’m sorry, can I refund this or I’m sorry I will not be able to do that” whatever the case may be, his customer service was absolutely atrocious.

The food was fine but the service was terrible. The two employees were sitting in separate tables on their personal phones when we walked in. We were the only two people in the place at about 2:30 pm. We stood at the counter waiting for a few minutes before one person got up from a table to help us. The entire time she acted like we were bothering her as customers. As soon as she rang us up she went back to the table and sat down with her phone. Neither employee was cleaning up, wiping tables, or acting interested in anything other than their phone.

We like Subway as a fast food place, but I have to say this was the best ever service we received in any Subway anywhere to date! I didn’t get the server’s name but he was so polite and helpful, plus efficient. The restaurant and bathroom were super clean, too.

My son went in and asked for a sandwich and when that order was complete he said he needed to order two more. The lady working sighed at him and said whatever. Then proceeded to charge him too much. When I called to complain she acted like she had no idea of the specials. I asked for the managers name and she gave me a fake name. I asked for the owners name and she gave me a fake name. I wish I could give zero stars. Ridiculous

By far the best Subway in , the Springfield / Jacksonville area. Service is always great and food is always fresh. Try to go after 4 when Maddi is working she will make you the best sandwich you’ve ever had I guarantee it.

I ordered online and was atleast 5 minutes late to pick it up and he hadn’t even started on our order. He made the sandwiches and said he was done. I had to ask him about the cookies and the pizza. So we had to wait even longer while he made the pizza.
