Subway has good food, this location is hit or miss. I don’t like toasted bread but do like my meat hot. They heat it up for me, but the time it takes them to put my toppings on, my meat is cold as I walk out the door. By the time I get home I have to microwave it, then all my toppings get cooked.

When we arrived, there were four employees in there and they were all standing around toward the back talking like they were having some sort of a meeting or something. We waited for five minutes or better and then they started walking around and not paying any attention to us finally one employee put on a pair of gloves and started taking our orders and as I progressed with my order, a lady helped me and then the guy helped my wife. I then paid for it and the woman never did go back to help my wife so the guy had to do all the work and my sandwich was so mangled. I couldn’t even eat most of it. I had to pick the meatballs out of it and throw the rest of it away. It was a disaster.

Very disappointed. I know for sure my race had a lot to do with it. “Prove me otherwise” So I placed my order on line while inside subway for my discount. I watched the young lady put my order on the table and there was 2 head of me. I’m waiting for awhile now and noticed she was taking other orders coming in and skipping my order. A lady walked in stated “I just placed my order I will wait” The subway worker asked what her name was and pulled her order and began filling it. I asked her why does she keep skipping my order and she said I will do yours next
(Um ma’am you should have been finished my order) When I tried talking to her she completely ignored me wouldn’t say anything to me. I asked for a manger again not one person would say anything to me. I recorded it and will make a formal complaint.

The only thing good I can say was that my sandwich tasted good the service was terrible though. Not only was the lady who took our order rude and condescending I felt bad for the poor guy she was training I wish I would have gotten her name the boy was extremely nice and friendly while she barked order at him. To take that much infeont of people on your forst day shows a lot about his character i have nothign but good things to say abojt him. He seemed very attentive and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. Unfortunately When we first walked into the store we over heard the lady tell to guy “you better keep up or stay out of my way before you pissing me off” we also paid cash for our meals and the register was put of pennies which isn’t a big deal but our whole group didn’t get the correct change with no explanation. One girl in our group asked for light mayo on her sandwich and then the lady said there’s no such thing as light mayo here and put a bunch of to the point that we had to scrap off the extra with a napkjn just to have the normal amount. Kinda disappointed with the service and mostly feel bad for the kid training I couldn’t imagine wanting to work with someone so rude your first day like that at least he seemed like a good employee.

I did a mobile order I specifically put on the mobile order that I needed it for my husband’s lunch around 12:15 I place the order for 12:15 I got there at 12:16 and I did not leave there or did my food get made until 12:25 did not leave until about 12:35 what’s me and my husband late going back on his break and unable to eat lunch not impressed I place this order around 11:00 for this principal that you guys that they get busy around that time I should not have to wait at all they should have had it ready. Highly disgusted will never order around lunch time again have never had problems up until now I ate this at least twice a week during my whole nine months pregnancy the subs were always great they were always done in a timely manner the people making it was always courteous and respectful my subs were always made professionally now I am waiting around the subs are not made in a timely manner whatsoever the ones making it are rude and the subs are very sloppy made. For a $40 order addition to happen. Will be contacting management I will be calling corporate. I ordered extra got charged for extra and got one extra slice of meat this is not okay.
