This used to be my favorite sandwich shop. BUT!!!!! It’s gone down in quality. Bread was hard as a rock in one side. The worst, 2 sandwiches and 2 chips = $37.00. 2 basic sandwiches and 2 half filled little bags of chips. What happened Jimmy John’s??!!!! Makes me sad too. I loved their sandos. The up side, staff is friendly. Still nice and clean inside.

So long story short Daniel from store #3194 yelled at me and my fiance over his misunderstanding and once we got the order settled I asked no onion add pickles and he added onion and ignored the pickle request. Not only did he over the the wrap in sauce but literally put excessive amount of peppers which I did not ask for. Completely unprofessional and who yells at the customers… never again while he is staffed there.

They refused to make my sandwich the way I wanted it . I ordered the Italian sub and they only request I had was please don’t toast it,and the worker Said they had to not matter what.All they had to do is not put it in the oven!!And when I called back to speak with a manager she said she was the manager.She wasn’t the manager just would let me speak to them!!!

Order is ready in about 2 minutes. Fast. I love the Turkey “Tom Tom” #4 I think. Order it with Capicola, Provolone, no mayo, extra black pepper. It’s really good .

They refuse to make my sandwich the way I want. It’s simple I didn’t want my sandwich toasted. They said it’s policy to toast a Italian sandwich when I didn’t want it toasted. Horrible customer service.

UPDATE: I ordered my sandwiches on the app which are normally done right. Today not so much! First off, I ordered my sandwiches while in at the the Target parking lot, which is at least 10 minutes away. When I arrived at Jimmy John’s, they hadn’t even started them. FREAKY FAST? NOT SO MUCH! Then when they did finally start them the one making the sandwich kept saying no cheese, which is the way I ordered it along with differentextra items. When they were wrapping my sandwich I asked them, did you make it the way I customized it? Their answer, yes. Guess what, NOPE….CHEESE and no extras! Not at all happy with this last experience. Don’t have a customized section if your not going to follow it. Hope you get it back together soon! I still love your sandwiches but disappointed with this last visit.

We ordered (3) sandwiches online and these sandwiches were flat out the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. People, I am not slightly exaggerating. Whoever made these sandwiches is a very caring, considerate person. You, my friend are a gem in this world. I will be sure to give you a huge tip the next time I order! Thank you!!!

Very good sandwich with fresh bread, meats and toppings. Their chips are cooked in peanut oil and were so crispy and tasty. Service was quick and staff were polite and efficient. It’s a little bit pricey but if that’s not a concern, definitely give them a try. You won’t be disappointed
