Got a cold cut salad with double meat and the meat was still whole. Just placed on top of the salad. I guess what can you expect from a teenager these days. Bet if it was her own, she would of cut up the meat.

If you are unable to fulfill curbside orders, just do not take them. Not good to make customers wait for ever. Waited 25 min plus after checking in using the check in feature. Pick up was supposed to be ready at 1155, showed up and checked in at 1215, got food at 1236

I don’t know what her name is but she is blonde with graying long hair and works here. She was sitting in the back lot by the drive through and came up on our car screaming and yelling at us to leave her marriage alone. And just kept yelling incoherently. After pulling around she went inside and turns out she works here. 100% avoid this place you can’t guarantee your own safety of yourself or food.

Terrible. I ordered 2 sandwiches. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. I ordered provolone cheese with vinegar and oil. I got no cheese , no oil and no vinegar. Instead I got green pepper and onion. 2nd sandwich was black ham with mayo and provolone cheese which didn’t come with it. $28.00 for this. You need to do better.

Tonight I got the worst sandwiches I think I’ve ever had served to me. First, I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my food with just 1 car in front of me. None of the 3 sandwiches I ordered were made correctly. The cheese was folded up like a log of string cheese at one side of the sandwich, barely any meat, and the toppings were soggy and stale. The tomatoes on 1 sandwich looked like they’d had a quick pulse in a blender. The bread didn’t look much better, under baked and flat. A quick toasting would have helped but the toaster was out of service.

Last 2 times I’ve been have been the worst. 1st time a guy said I’ll be right with you in drive-through, I wanted 15 min in line. The person ahead of me moved so I did a u turn n left. 2nd was today get here one person ahead of me in drive-through guy comes on says it’ll be a 15 to 20 min wait. I understand people being understaffed right now but there was 5 cars in the back. Like whats really going on here?

Friendly staff, service was good even though there were only two employees and they were working both drive-thru and counter. Our sandwiches were well prepared and fresh as promised. We had had trouble in the past with condiments being put on so sloppily that it was hard to eat without being covered in a mess. Good job this time!
