Not really sure about the atmosphere cause I always go through the drive thru but every time I order extra meat or veggies I don’t get it. Today I ordered a foot long with extra meat and veggies as well as a 6 in. The steak meat in both were cold even though I ordered the footlong toasted, I didn’t get extra meat or veggies on the foot long and the bread on the foot long was not what I ordered. It’s super irritating to have to pay for extra stuff to make the sandwich how you want it since subway decided to cut down on what they are willing to put on your sandwich before they start charging a ridiculous price for more, but it’s even more irritating when you do pay for more and the staff isn’t competent enough to fulfill that order!! Do better!!

Atmosphere???- I dine out every time. I would like to say though it is hard to get in contact with your Chatham location, the phone number will either say disconnected or route you to an automated system and let me tell you that system today was bogus I kept pushing 2 then 4 per prompt instructions however it just kept repeating the prompt options after each time I selected 4……… can you please fix that…. The whole reason I was trying to call was because I used the app to order my food and was waiting on my order number to come up and the pickup time but it never appeared so my co-worker went to go get it and it was ready so it would be super helpful if the App would work properly too. 15 in after my food has been picked up it is still showing that I am holding for an order number…..just saying most of us wait for that order number to appear and a pick up time before leaving…………outside of that all is good….. it isnt your people that is the problem it is your apps and phone.
I only did 4 stars due to the app and phone issue.

The food was good, lobby was clean. Costumer service was awful. The guy that works there is very nice and very patient. On the other hand the other girls one with pink hair, and other with brown hair and glasses was very rude and rushed me throughout the entire process of being inside. She was also very impatient with an elderly women that had came inside.

I’ve been to this location 4 times in the last 5 weeks. Every time I have ordered a meatball footlong and they are out of meatballs. This week I tried again. I ordered a meatball footlong through the drive up, waited 15 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me and pulled up. The worker said they were out and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked why they are always out of meatballs. The response was if you come through anytime after 4 they are always out but I could go to another location if I wanted a meatball sub. Reminds me of the Hardee’s down the street. Every time I tried to order a milkshake they were always out of ice cream. Now they are out of business. I will never be back.

Arrived around 11:30 am .Floors an tables were dirty. No drink lids which is normal for this location. I always have to ask. Staff was friendly. Worked said to trainee, that since I ordered lots of vegs on sandwitch, that she puts just small amounts.

The manager for the Chatham and Springfield locations is completely irresponsible for their stores, every time I have come into the Chatham location there is always one employee doing everything and another doing nothing, many other issues i have noticed over my past few visits include, your employees always seem overworked due to being understaffed, your store always seems like they are constantly missing ingredients or have not taken the time to get them ready, the sitting/eating area seems like it is never cleaned, and for what it’s worth the few good employees I have seen are almost certainly not getting paid enough.
Whatever changes were made in the past few years have really made your store take a nose dive.

Tonight I got the worst sandwiches I think I’ve ever had served to me. First, I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my food with just 1 car in front of me. None of the 3 sandwiches I ordered were made correctly. The cheese was folded up like a log of string cheese at one side of the sandwich, barely any meat, and the toppings were soggy and stale. The tomatoes on 1 sandwich looked like they’d had a quick pulse in a blender. The bread didn’t look much better, under baked and flat. A quick toasting would have helped but the toaster was out of service.

Friendly staff, service was good even though there were only two employees and they were working both drive-thru and counter. Our sandwiches were well prepared and fresh as promised. We had had trouble in the past with condiments being put on so sloppily that it was hard to eat without being covered in a mess. Good job this time!

Ordered the new nachos . They throw large slices of tomatoes on them without cutting them up . Over half of the seating was blocked off I’m guessing because they were too lazy to clean it .
