Today marks the second time that my salad did not have all of the ingredients that I ordered. Paid extra for avocado last time and there was none. This time no spinach or shredded cheese. Very frustrating. It was a pickup order and I didn’t look until I sat down to eat it. The ingredients I asked for were scarce. The sandwich ordered had no pickles. We love Subway and go often. It’s just not up to par.

Way better than anticipated. The outside view had me concerned, however, the second you walk inside, everything is fresh, clean and the staff is friendly. Food was made fresh and efficiently.

Had an online order that didn’t go through to the store but charged me for it…showed the staff the email that I had been charged and they made my 3 sandwiches while still making them for people in line…they got everyone in and out very quickly and my subs were great…very friendly and understanding staff….GET IT TAYLORVILLE!!!!!

Do not go to this place!!! I had my disabled brother in drive thru. Was in drive thru over 20 MINUTES and never got to window. I called them and they said they allowed a vehicle to cut in the line to order!!! That is not acceptable! We left without the order we placed. Will NEVER go there again.

Food is pretty normal but the service is better than other places. The new online ordering and drive through seems to be troublesome here.

Two issues, one of MAJOR concern. First, CROSS CONTAMINATION! Why are employees throwing food that was dropped into different food back into the original container? I have seen this with veggies as well as cheese and meat with different employees. As someone with food allergens, this is a BIG NO NO! By throwing the contaminated food back in the original bin, you’re further contaminating the rest of that bin. I’m not sure if this is covered enough in training, but hopefully management can address in the future so I can continue to visit. It just seems lazy as well. An extra second or two to throw a contaminated piece of food away might add up over time, but it could save someone’s life.
2, they discontinued the sauces I loved, which is fine, these things happen. But when visiting today I asked to taste test a sauce. I have never had an issue with this and have always just gotten a tiny dollop in a cup. The worker said ‘okay’ and then smothered my sandwich with the sauce. She hesitated a second after she did so, probably realizing what she did, but then continued on and wrapped my sandwich. The shop was busy and I didn’t want to wait, so I took the sandwich anyways, but did not like the sauce and therefore wasted money on a sandwich that I couldn’t finish. Not that big of a deal, at least I know I don’t like that sauce, but an annoyance none the less.
