Order was completely wrong when ordering through the app. They didn’t follow the one simple request to toast the sandwich. They don’t follow the portion requests of light/regular/extra for neither my order or my dads. I highly recommend if you go to this store to order inside and watch them as online ordering seems to be a weak point for them.

The staff are friendly and the food is good, but the hours listed for this location is not really correct. More often than not, they’ll stop serving food by 8:30 or sooner because they’ll already have cleaned everything. Which is understandable, but disappointing when I get off work at 8:20 and they’re already done for the day.

Orders from the ap are consistently wrong. This time I paid for extra meat and not even enough to spread across the entire length of sandwich, wrong cheese, wrong veggies, and no bacon which is part of the description of the sandwich. Phone number is out of service. I live out of town so couldn’t return it. Better off driving into decatur.

Ordered through their drive through. Wasn’t sure if their dining room was open since the front of the restaurant was boarded up, so instead I ordered through their drive-thru.
My girlfriend ordered a meatball sub and it was fine even though they forgot the lettuce.
I ordered a BLT sub extra bacon however when I received my food it was instead a Bacon without the Lettuce or tomato even though I clearly said I wanted veggies.
If you order here I highly recommend ordering inside where you can watch them make the food and you can verify your order.

I’m not sure if this place got different owners/employees but the two females working today sure know how to make a good sandwich. I’ve been disappointed in the sandwiches from subway the last few times I went but this time was different! It was loaded with meats and veggies (not skimpy at all) and the bread was covered in my favorite Italian herb seasoning. Now that’s how I remember it being!

Girl was rude , restaurant wasn’t stacked with anything.. dirty tables. No lids, straws, chips were not stacked. 2 new employes were nice. But the girl was very rude. She acting like she didn’t wanna be there doing her job.. had an attitude about everything.

Come in quite often, at least once a week for your salad. It is by far the best salad in the area. The associates do their best to make it a good quality salad. Only gripe would be out Of spinach and croutons and dressing quite often. Otherwise a great deal.

I used the SUBWAY app to order my food from this location at least 6 times in past few weeks. I work nights and have a tight schedule, the app works great. The folks at the store seem be challenged by the technology. On 2 occasions they simply did not make the sandwich.
Once I waited for it and was late to work. The 2nd time they said they didn’t get the order at all and there were 4 people in the line and I was just disgusted and left. The First thing is, I order well in advance and using the app you have to pay in advance (I use paypal). Secondly, they got paid and I got nothing in return. I called PayPal and they along with the store owner eventually denied my claim. The app works, I like the food.
The store, it’s owner and the inept employees are at fault. I’m not going back to this SUBWAY store or any of the other SUBWAY stores again. Don’t use the app at this store or you’ll be sorry.

For me seeing this subway has only a 3.9 rating, and the three girls working at 1:10 on March 3rd. 2022, One doing the meats, one on vegetables and the other keeping the register and supplies going are a great team. They rate 5 stars in my and wife’s opinion. My Chicken Teriyaki was one of the best I have eaten. Wife’s meatball sub was hot and tasty. The customer service was spot on and made us feel welcome as if we were sitting at the family dinner table.
Note: we probably eat more subway then Jared!
