8:30pm- 09/25/2025. The guy working put all inventory away well before 9:00pm! ITS A SANDWICH! I was not pleased at all with the service at this location. Leaving a subway lover like myself STARVING! I have never experienced service like this and I hope the subway corporation knows who it is that is responsible for stopping their business! I’ll go to Penn Station from now on!

Ordered Sandwitches online picked them up to find the bread stale and everyone one of sandwitches messed up. One the person making it just slathered it in garlic aoli from top to bottom. Spent 50$ To throw it right in the trash.

Everytime we have been in this location they have no meatballs. They don’t even make them. This is the only subway I know that can just choose not to make something them. And it’s not once it’s over and over. Will not be going to this location again

Tables needed washed off, food was fine, employees were not overly friendly, did not smile. In stead of “may I help you?” It was “what do you want”. We will just go to the one on 127 truck stop from now on
UPDATE: OCTOBER 2023, We decided to give you another chance, new management, soooo the 4 times we went there you were out of this, that and another thing, twice you had no CO2. We decided again we are not coming back, maybe when there are new owners or management. The employees are always nice. But seriously need improvement on stocking items on the menu.

Placed a pick up order in advance and sent my husband in to get it at our pick up time. None of the sandwiches were even made. Lady claimed they’re having staff issues and she didn’t have time to make our order. Took her 25 minutes to make 5 sandwiches. Whats the point in doing pick up if we have to wait either way??? Last time I ordered from this subway I ordered a 3 ft long sub for pick up. The lady met me at the door hunched over in pain stating she had a uti and needed medical attention. The girl working with her kept looking at her like she was nuts. She gave me my order and locked the door behind me. What kind of business are they running here?? Definitely needs improvement with this store. Not impressed and very annoyed!

Omg! Where do I begin? They were super busy so my boyfriend and I sat in the car a little bit before going in to let the line die down. One person was working and she was doing a really good job. I asked her if she could change her gloves. In response, I didn’t get an eye roll, I also didn’t get asked why. She was super nice and said of course. In previous experiences at subway, my best friend and I would go and she has a diary allergy and I have a meat allergy and every time we went to subway, the worker would ask why or roll of the eyes or both. She made other people’s sandwich and mine at the same time, but she made sure she changed her gloves before even touching mine. She asked if it was okay if we put the sandwiches in the same bag, and of course that was fine. I never felt such a priority at subway before.

I wanted 2 ft longs. Three people working and one baby screaming from the back room. Only got 1 because the trainee didn’t here that I wanted 2 ft longs. Did not know what peppercinis were even though they are an item in the well. Waited on next person. I said oh well. The two females were to busy with baby in back room. Left trainee by himself. Won’t return.
