My issue is you guys forgot my extra gravy, extra mash & gravy and extra biscuit. I tried calling 4 times and you will not answer your phone. It was not busy. The ticket even says double checked for accuracy. I would please like my $10 back from the products that I did not receive. I will keep calling until someone answers thank you.

The food is good but the customer service is not great. We were rushed through our order, and had to go back because the sauce we ordered was missing and at the window when telling her what sauces we needed the employee rolled her eyes and closed the window on us before we could say anything else. Just overall impatient, rude, and made us feel like a burden for wanting to come order here.

So this is twice now we got under cooked chicken. The first and only time before yesterday was a bout 3 years ago. Chicken was under cooked, so we decided to give it another shot yesterday. Guess what? Under cooked trash yet again, tough as hell. Stay away from this place.

It was good…at first. I ordered off of doordash from this location. I was digging in like..yum! crispy, flavorful, good seasoning. THEN my boyfriend says “ew. oh my god that’s gross. it tastes frozen.” i was like….um weird mines good!! Unfortunately, after i had already eaten almost everything, I then looked into my box and to my horror i found a hair. A small, black, wavy piece of hair. I personally am a bright red head, veryyyy ginger. My boyfriend on the other hand has brown hair, so i was thinking at first…oh this is dark maybe it’s his! BUT NO his hair is not that wavy. no chance it was him. I then closed the box and wrote this review. I’m hungry man.

Ordered online. Showed up to get order it was sitting off to the side not in the pickup area. Waited on a worker to finally help us then gave my name for the order and the clerk said this is your order even went through the bad for me to check and make sure it was all there. Get home and the gravy was missing the mashed potatoes was half filled and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. It was not edible worst food I’ve ever gotten from KFC. Waste of $30 what a joke.

This store is currently running a promotion to sell pot pies. Every time I order one around lunch time they are sold out and it’s like a 35 minute wait to make more. Also they make you park and wait for food CONSTANTLY!! Always a lot of workers but the service is terrible. Whoever runs this store needs to get that fixed.

This food is disgusting and soggy. The batter isn’t cooked all the way thru. Whoever is cooking is pulling it early out of pure laziness. In my attached pic…Laying on the blue cutting board is a peice of the batter that is totally uncooked. That’s what I love, paying 40$ for gummy, cold food. Tried to call the store and I heard someone pickup and then immediately hang up the phone. I will never be back. This is total garbage. If I could give 0/5 I would. Its not even like it was hot and uncooked because they were in a rush. This food was cold and undercooked from the get go. Gross.
