The ladies here are always nice and friendly, and on top of their game. New employees are given grace and trained thoroughly according to store protocol. If I wasn’t undercover boss visiting my place of business, I would hope this crew would be in place. I hope they get paid above scale.

I went there for first time and it was average. It was less busy so i was sure about food quality. Staff was nice but she didn’t wrap sandwich properly.
It was good that we found one vegetarian option in this area. Because we went there to visit popeye statue.
Quite good experience though.

The sandwiches were good, the restaurant is the biggest I’ve been in.

This branch of Subway is failing. They try to get by with one server which leads to long waits and some people just leave without being served. Their hours are limited. The oven has not worked for two weeks. The soda dispenser often has one product unavailable. Today the Diet Pepsi was “out-of-stock” and there was no iced tea. In top of all that their prices are higher than other Subways in the area which are much better. We have gone there after church with a group of six to twelve people for years, but it is just not reasonable any longer. Groups from other churches we used to visit with are no longer coming either. They are reducing their hours. I don’t know who the owner is, but it appears that they are just making the money than can without maintaining it and letting it fail. I don’t see it being open much longer. Too bad, because they had a good business going.

Service was not friendly. Kind of rude. The meats and cheese was messy and the vegetables were frost bit. She had to throw out most of the spinach. When I went to say what to put on the sandwich she would stop me and say not yet. I should of just walked out. Instead of spending $60. Done with subway

It was close to closing time about 10 minutes before 9p. Regardless, I walked in immediately greated by the shift leader only to say we don’t have drinks, ok whatever. I order my sandwich halfway through making it, told sorry the ovens off. The other lady, very friendly, tried to turn it on, only to be stopped by the leader. Ok, I guess. I continue saying what I want, the other lady says hey we can microwave it melt the cheese at least, nope it’s fine the leader says and then before I can say anything, while wearing gloves, wipes thier snotty nose. I looked them dead in the eye and said “really”. I said I don’t want my sandwich, walked out, otw out I complimented the trainy or her kindness calling her lovely and pointed at the so cald boss and said ” you are a problem”. Will never go to Chester, IL Subway again.

Prolly been here 10 times in the past 6 months- I guess I’m going to stop because it makes you feel bad to eat here. There’s only ever one worker, endlessly chugging out sandwiches for in-person customers while the online orders roll in. I’ve come in before and the lone worker had to stop their break to serve me, that makes me not want to come back and bother them. What’s the plan if the single worker has an accident or injury? Just seems like a cheap-o liability. Food is meh, veggies are frozen in their little pots, nobody ever cuts the undercooked pizzas, I’ve had two kinds of soup so far and both are pretty foul- I guess the chips are okay. ♀️

They are typically pretty good. They put together a platter for me last minute, and I tipped them $10 to find the toppings just thrown together really sloppy. It was for Christmas for a family gathering. Typically I really like to use the app, and it’s always ready for me to come grab, and go. Normally it’s a great place for a samich.

We ordered through the Subway app for delivery. Some of our food was missing and the sandwiches were soggy. Waste of money.
