Order two foot-long subways on 2/24/2025 online went in to get them sandwiches was made poorly one sandwich barely had meat on it onions and peppers. All the other commodities was left off the second sub sandwich they look like they pulled a whole bottle of mayonnaise on the sandwich took the sandwiches back up there. Talk to the manager that was on duty. He called the owner. Owner had a very nasty attitude told me to do whatever I needed to do. She ain’t never had a bad Google View And I couldn’t get a refund. Didn’t want to remake them at the sandwiches until I put up with us. Is we’re still made poorly pictures or on the Google site

i usually have no issues with this location and they always do a good job when i come in/order online! tho today my partner and i ordered online and their food is fine. mine however, they didn’t put cheese on it and didn’t read the special instructions that were put on my order. the sandwich is still good, i just wish they would pay more attention to the order. just a bit disappointed that they weren’t busy and missed it

My daughter went to this location as I frequently go myself and requested two salads with double rotisserie chicken on both as I’d usually purchase for my mom and the individual behind the counter kept carrying on as if he did not understand what she was asking for.
I had a similar experience with both the male and female there two days prior as well as another customer whom came in after me.
This use to be my go-to Subway in our area but they’ve changed that for me.
They tend to have the audacity to become angered or frustrated because they so called do not understand what you’re saying to them, plain and clear.
They’d look at each other and begin to speak their own language to each other while laughing and looking you in your face.
Back to these so called salads; my daughter took the two salads to my mom which had very little lettuce or ANY veggies at all for that matter and certainly not a double rotisserie chicken.
My mom sent me the photo of her salads while I was at work and I couldn’t believe how they treated my daughter as we pay for excellent services and don’t even receive mediocre service.
Not only that, the tomatoes looked old, everything about it was ridiculous.
I started to take them back myself but didn’t want to see their faces at all so I will steer clear of that failing joint and make my own.
I’m trying to figure out how to upload a photo of this mess!
Sad case for business.

My lettuce isn’t even fresh He gave me an attitude He didn’t even let me use my coupon. It literally said get a foot-long meal for 9.99 So I ended up spending $20 on food I’m not very happy at all, and he was trying to tell me that the Five meat Italian isn’t included with the Coupon when it literally says on the bottom of the coupon that the five meat Italian is included With the coupon Like learn how to do your job Like how stupid can you be I will definitely not be coming back to this Subway.

I ask for a steak and chicken protein bowl. The lady said she doubled the steak instead of adding chicken with it so I didn’t get mines. My daughter ordered a Philly steak sub which was nasty because they had more jalapeños than meat.

If I could put ZERO I would. Ordered online ahead of time. Get there there’s no order and I present my email and bank statement that shows I paid. The girl there wanted to make my sandwich but the guy wouldn’t allow her to. He called his manager on the phone to try and tell me they can’t make my sandwiches. I used to always come here. Bet I won’t anymore.

This Subway, along with others in the area, do not accept BOGO coupons anymore, and limit which sandwiches they include for the other Sunday coupons. Sandwich taste was so-so, and the worker couldn’t/wouldn’t answer questions about the coupon policy in place. I’ll look at other sandwich shops before returning here again.

The subway in Fairview are making their own rules when it comes to customers using coupons. They asked to see my coupon that I got in the mail yesterday, they then tell me I can only get certain subs with my coupon event though it wasn’t one of the excluded ones on the coupon. My honey oat bread was over cooked and chewy! I wouldn’t recommend going to this subway.

We have given this subway so many chances! They are rude and dishonest. Such as another reviewer stated with the Coupons. I got the egg and cheese, which is not excluded and had used a coupon before on the same sub. At the end they charged me for the egg separate when I asked why I was charged they said oh we started the build your own so we charged you separate. No, that is not what that is. Didn’t even try to apologize and make it right. They have tried to charge me for cheese on the veggie delite when giving the tiniest amount when it’s vegetarian the list goes on. The employees are almost mad people are bringing in a coupons. Stop accepting them all together if you are going to be so petty. Everyone brings in the coupons because most Subways suck now none of us want to pay the normal price, when we could go to Jimmy John’s, Jersey Mike’s etc and be treated nicer for around the same price with no coupon. Do better! And for someone who used to work at Subway super disappointed in how these workers continue to treat customers.

Went to this location today. The guy behind the register had no customer service skills. I told him I was ready to order, yet he proceeded to disregard me and continue to load bread into the oven. After 5 minutes, I just left. I will take my business elsewhere.
