The person who made my sandwhich and crew who packed my order on wed November 26th of 2025 are very kind and made my sandwhich as perfect as it could be ;-; im 22 weeks pregnant and honestly dont eat the way I should due to being not the best off right now but couldnt handle the need for something actually sustaining today instead of filler foods that leave me feeling sick… and If that person sees this thank you for the “extra effort” you put into my order it restores my faith and builds up ma morale ~♡

Terrible service and rude employees. They have the bathroom locked and then tell you it’s out of order and laugh and say that the employee bathroom works just fine. Young man with long curly hair needs to be fired need to work on your customer service

Ordered two foot long meals…kid had to use restroom it was closed she said that’s why there is a wet floor sign on the floor not near restroom mind you..then went to sit down to eat…she said our lobby closes at 8.00 and it is 8:02. So I told my husband to fill his soda because Pepsi was coming out right and his cup was half full …she said you need to leave. My husband said I am getting what I paid for she then proceeded to tell us how difficult we were because she had to hear our meat separate. She proceeded to threaten to call the cops on us. Horrible experience. There is nothing stating lobby closes at 8 and she could have let us know when we walked in at 7:50

When you order a sandwich with no mayo on it there is a reason and to get it after ordering threw the app and it has mayo it’s now trash thank you for the $13 trash I now have will never ever order from this location again it’s not difficult to read directions SMH sad store indeed

Ordered to go, four sandwiches that were all incorrect. Cashier just tossed sandwiches up on the counter, so service not great either. Only thing I can say is that it was made on time. First time we ordered was a negative experience also so we will be done with this location.

I just read some very awful reviews. I personally will continue to give bad if not horrible reviews for bad service and quality. We all work hard for our money. No matter the industry. I will say i got more than i expected at this specific subway. Something that i have not had in the metro east since covid began and people began to give up on everything. Ill say that is by far the cleanest, Nicest servers i had ever had in many states. My dad was a truck driver and loves subway, especially breakfast. I do as well. The people at this site yes were not busy i was the only one there. Does anyone who gave a bad review honestly think when a place is so busy it should be cleaner than when it first opened?
No, the response to that would be ill show you my beach front house in omaha. The lady who served me was so nice, made everything the way i wanted it to be. Now im eating and i had to make a review. I tiped by the way 20% because of the service i was provided. This is a very clean place that was being cleaned when i pulled up at 9pm and was asked how may i help you? These ladies deserve a pay raise for running such a great site. I will always come back. My mom is the ruler foods store manager. She only will go here. This should tell everyone one thing! Thank you for being so nice. Its so nice to be appreciated for business. Not expected and treated like garbage like ALL OTHER FOOD SERVICE SITES.

Order was placed wrong on subway app called and talked to whoever made the order. She confirmed that it was placed the way it was and simply asked why the attitude and she claimed this is how she talks. Disgusting how bad customer service is. Shows why we regret going here every time.
