Love me some subway! So yummy and quick line most of the time. Workers are nice and ask you if you want more on your sandwich or not, which might be helpful to some people. Basically, your average subway. Limited, but definitely recommend!!!

Service was pretty slow. The menu posted on the wall was very hard to read. It was broken up into a bunch of oddly placed signs and half of them had pretty small print. They were also out of ice tea.

Bethalto Illinois The meat is very thin sliced. 2 PIECES OF MEAT ON EACH SANDWICH!! REALLY!!?? My boyfriend said he started to say something, but he’s too nice of a guy to complain. He didn’t keep the receipt so I called to get the store number. She didn’t know it. She finally gave me a number. When I entered it on the Subway website it came up invalid number!!

4 people working. Only one young lady making sandwiches tonight. One cashier who doesn’t know what’s going on and 2 in the back having a fun time listening to music. Ridiculous. Waited very long. When it’s dinner rush prep work and dish cleaning can wait. I worked subway before I know how it goes. I’d fire 3 out of the 4 tonight!

Terrible service! No one greeted us when we walked in and the person who was going to prepare our sandwiches said nothing at all! When my husband told the totally unfriendly cashier that we wanted combos(sandwich, chips and drink) he paid and picked up our bags. I asked the rude woman what size cup we should take and she said that we didn’t ask for drinks. She only charged us for sandwiches and chips. My husband told them what he thought of their lack of service and it was obvious they could care less. We WILL NOT ever eat at the Bethalto Subway again and we live in Bethalto. Just horrible! If I could rate them a zero, I would!
