I ordered and had it delivered today and only got my sandwich, I was charged and ordered a bottled drink. Typically I wouldn’t be bothered with it and would just get a new one but i was charged $20 for both and Sergio delivered half of my order and I tried calling subway multiple times, tried calling the dasher customer service and they forwarded me to voicemail or just didn’t answer the phone; food overall is always good but this was just stressful for no reason. I sent him the receipt and he told me the order was complete and he couldn’t get me the drink, I was so pushy about it because I’m unable to walk right now and my brother just left the house. This is ridiculous

This thick piece of hair was in my husband sandwich not only that I had a thin piece of hair on the outside of my sandwich but I didn’t take a pic just threw it off but after seeing one in my husbands was too much of an inconvenience it’s disgusting! So I don’t know what’s going on at this specific subway but this is sick. You all need to take extra precautions/double check because this could really get someone sick. Maybe…hairnets??

Ordered a $15 sandwich. The sandwich was supposed to have tomato, double meat etc. I get home and find a skimpy skinny sandwich that in no way has double meat, has all of two slices of tomato and was wayyyyyyyy over priced. This sandwich is worth $8 I’m not a penny more. I work way too hard for my money to get jipped by only getting half of what I paid for.

I was in bought 3 ft long sandwiches 2 ITALIAN BMT, 1 COLD CUT. I asked for the Italian bmt sandwiches to be cut in half, (thinking they followed my requesst,request, bc I bought them for someone else, dropped them off at they’re house and drove home). I asked they cut the cold cut sandwich in 4, I assumed they did, while I went got a drink and bag of chips.
So I get home I open the sandwich, unwrap it to the inside wrapping go to pick up 1 quarter of sandwich and the whole thing as I picked it up just fell into slop all over the floor because the sandwich was cut only barely on top of bread and not cut all the way through sandwich making 4 individual pieces, still one piece of Italian loaf with everything inside they had made all over my carpet n sandwich had mayo and mustard on it so yeah that’d now in my carpet.
It’s 7:55pm they are open till 9pm so I call them to tell of this fiasco because of their incompetentce, phone just rang tilling hung up one on me no one would answer. So I called 7 more times and each time call was not answered and I was hung up on. So now after16hr shift I hvno dinner. Thanks guys at Subway South Mainstreet Bloomington Illinois 61701. I am so disappointed and discussed of the shotty no work ethic at this Subway Sandwich shop. Can not even use a knife correctly to cut a Sandwich in half or quarters, seems it was to much work for them. Would love to talk with owner about their employees and my experience IF ONLY someone would answer phone. Oh and since when did a cold cut sandwich come with only 2 very thin slice of bologna? Used to be different 3 meats. SMH

This place is amazing! The staff is not only friendly, but quick, accurate and hard-working. I loved how they served me and how they treat their customers. I think their lobby area is very well maintained, clean and we’ll lit. More subways could learn a thing or two from this one. I don’t always go to Subway, but when I’m in Bloomington, I would choose this one. Stay hungry, my friends.

i don’t know what the working conditions are like here but whenever i am in here the two girls working always seem miserable and mean. i have never had a pleasant experience at this store and its always those two girls. Also, im unsure if the number on this listing is correct, but i tried calling 4 times earlier about my order to no answer and when i went in store they just fought me on it saying i never called so, i don’t know. never coming back to this location.

I went in yesterday to buy 3 sandwiches. There were two people working. The nice young man with glasses was a delight. He was so friendly and helpful. The other person was a middle-aged woman who has absolutely no customer service. She was cold and snappy. It was just me and they were not busy at all. The atmosphere and attitude this woman was putting off made me feel so unwelcome. She was snappy when I asked questions and tried ordering something that was still on their menu and she just snaps “we don’t have that anymore”. No sorry for the inconvenience just so rude. I will be going to the other subway from now on
