We order quite a bit of JJ and we can never get an order delivered within an hour. When calling today I was told “ordering at 11 is our busiest time” and that we should just try ordering after 1pm. The inconsistency of delivery is pretty bad and to the point that I now cannot even eat was ordered due to meetings I now have to go into.

They were very rude not customer friendly what so ever. Horrible attitude we will not be coming here again. We asked what soda was diet replied with “look at your cup” in a very rude manner. Very sarcastic not a good welcoming environment.

I submitted my online order at 12:09pm. I called at 12:50pm to check on the status, as the order tracker had not progressed beyond “Order Received” and was told that my order was already out for delivery and the driver would be pulling up “any second”. I would expect it to arrive (if it was truly out for delivery) in about 10 minutes, as I only live about 5 minutes from the store. I called again at 1:30pm and was again told it was already out for delivery and the driver would be pulling up “any second”. At 1:40pm I finally received my food.
I’ve already submitted my feedback directly to Jimmy John’s at the link they send everyone. I just thought everyone should know this isn’t the place to get food if you actually want something to eat.
Edit: Their response shows they aren’t listening. I said I already submitted feedback at their link.
Edit 2: Thought I’d try ordering again after ~7 months. Delivery time was much improved. I just wish they’d delivered what I’d ordered instead of something completely different. Won’t be repeating this again any time soon.

Placed my order for 45 minutes in advance. I get there and the employees tell me they don’t have my order and that my order never came through. Okay cool, technology is silly sometimes. I pull out my emailed receipt to show that I had placed an order at the right location and The staff proceeded to argue with me that they never got it. They go ahead and make my order while berating me that I can’t place an order and immediately come get it. What? I placed it 45 mins prior? It’s not my fault your machines aren’t working. And what’s the point of “freaky fast” if I can’t come with in a reasonable amount time after placing an order. I come to this location quite often and haven’t had this type of treatment. The staff felt extremely rude and like I was interrupting something.
