Near the Tuesday Morning on Glen. Great sandwiches always fresh always the same. Great $5 meals. Fast service: there usually isn’t a long wait no matter the time I’ve been in to grab a quick bite. We grab lunch here often and take the dozen mixed cookies for another $5 for sharing later.

I ordered two sandwiches and everything looked great got it home and the bread was not very fresh (dry and hard) so I called and talked to the night manager and told her I was bringing the sandwich back.
She was great!!! When I walked back in the store she took care of me right away. Once again the sandwich looked great and the load of bread was soft. Kudos to the manager for taking care of me!!!

Terrible female cashier I ever. She was rude and couldn’t get my order right. I’m used to the friendly men. I live across the street from the Subway on Glen Ave in Peoria IL go there at least two times a week. Never had a poor customer service until today. It was 1 pm CST. Now I have to go somewhere else.

If i could give 0 stars that would have surely been my rating. Google said the business closed at 9 so i ordered off the app on my way to the restaurant at 830 so it would be ready when i got there before they closed. I got there at 840 to them turning off the the lights as my husband tried to open the door. So we went thru the drive thru as i was already charged for the order thru the app. All the employee rudely told us was were closed. You can call or come in the morning when my manager is here for a refund bc we already put everything away. So you put everything away when i ordered 10 min before i got there and your lights and open sign were still lit when he tried to come in. This location is the worst ever and wouldn’t have even ordered from this location had i had other options. I wouldn’t recommend this one to someone if they were ordering for a dog let alone for a person if they can avoid it.

There were three young men working the night of my visit, two with curly brown hair and the other with straight hair, don’t know their names but they seemed as though they were having lots of fun as they played music extremely loud while they danced around and threw around a ball of something playing catch. When they took my order they out put my veggies on the chopping block. They said they do it for memory. I requested that they not do that because it looked so dirty like they haven’t cleaned for several days. The lettuce was turning brown and other veggies were getting very dried out . It also showed that they never changed out a thing since they’ve been there because they were trying to put mayo on a sandwich and all three bottle were completely empty.

Tried to go through the drive thru, sign was on saying it was open. I waited and waited. Said hello a few times. No response. Another car pulled up behind me. So I called the store to let them know there were 2 cars in their drive thru. It rang and rang and rang. I finally just hung up and pulled away. Will never go back.
