I went through the drive thru and ordered a taco salad, beef taco, and chips and salsa. I received a chicken taco and some kind of breakfast burritos with beans and rice. Not even close to wait I ordered! I didn’t even get salsa with my chips. Only alot of hot sauce. This place is going down hill.

Just called the restaurant to let them know that the food made BOTH me and my girlfriend sick as dogs. When I told the guy who answered the phone he said nothing. I waited for a response and … nothing. I said, “just thought I’d let you know we BOTH can’t stay out of the bathroom.” he said, “ok”. We’ve eaten at the location in Casa Grande at the promenade and it was very good. The Arizona City location gave us food poisoning and apparently the staff on hand is not trained on how to reapond to that situation. The Carne Asada in the street tacos didn’t look like any Carne Asada I’ve ever seen. It looked like some kind of “food product” and not real steak. We’re both in agony after eating tonight. Highly recommend staying clear of this location.

Service is getting really bad. Fri afternoon, if you recall the rain was coming down so hard it flooded. So peraon with commonsense (me) thinks, its raining, I automatically opened my window and realized. Thats dumb, its gonna flood in my car. I wait in line, like everyone else. 2 cars ahead of me. I figure when i get to window the peraon taking orders will understand our dilemma with rain. As I pur my window down she says, Yada yada yada. I say no. I couldn’t order, you know the rain. Flooding. I say can’t I order at the window. NO!!! She says. No consideration. I said why not. I waited in line. She says, the two behind you ordered at window. Duh. They weren’t very smart as I see them mopping up the rain. No kidding – towel and open doors. Didn’t matter – She was not gonna care what anyone else was dealing with. Rude. Rude rude. I am not going back!

For fast food Mexican food this place is pretty alright. Chips were good. The red salsa was ok, not my favorite, but ok. The green had turned bad so I couldn’t eat it. It was foamy/bubbly and had a sour taste to it. So I would just be weary of the salsa bar. They had pickled veggies on there that were pretty good. The servings are very big! The burritos are huge!! I didn’t care for the rice here either, but the refried beans were good. The place was clean and the bathroom was clean. Not bad for something quick.

They need better training working the headset. Cause I heard “Anything else” every 2 seconds! I couldn’t even overlook the menu without hearing anything else or is that all. She’s rude for one & shouldn’t be working in customer service. Maybe she should try working in the kitchen.

Got carne asada fries. It was a lot of food, but the meat wasn’t carne asada, my dog wouldn’t eat it either. Tasted like canned beef product. Not sure if I want to get anything else from them. I did notice that they serve beer.

Today must have been a bad day! Asked for food with no cheese cause of allergies and they gave the food with cheese, then was eating a taco and had a freaking hair in it! The shells got soggy from all the oil, meat was tasteless! Absolutely horrible.
