Girls were friendly and fast. Sandwiches were full and tasted great. I do think the canisters that hold the veggies need to be checked as a lot looked to be too cold with a variety of veggies looking frozen.

I tried calling to let them know that my order was wrong and i got hung up on didnt even let me explain what was wrong with the order, i tried calling back 5 times and keeps taking me to their voicemail this is poor customer service plus i dont know if is them or doordash but they are wanting to give me a One dollar refund or credit back like what is this thats not even a refund. i know how customer service works and this is not the way i will like a refund on the wrong item the gave me o to replace my food.

I have never seen a sandwich made like this. The one worker making our tuna sandwiches, using the knife he held the bread on its side and tried cutting it like a jigsaw. Smashing and tearing the bread. Then using the same knife and his hand to put the tuna on the bread my wife asked don’t you have a scooper to do that? He replied, it’s in the back.. wow is all I can say. Then the lady behind us ordered a tuna sandwich and the girl working, after cutting her bread used both hands to add the tuna on her sandwich like she was making a mud pie. We looked at her with much disbelief.. don’t know if we’ll be eating at the kewanee subway in awhile..

They are so nice! Like the employees are kind and helpful! I just got Door Dash from them but I eat there a couple times per month. It is always clean, the food is good, and the people who work there are pleasant to talk to. If they make a mistake, they fix it (but they usually get orders right). I hope the owners and managers know they have a great team right now! ❤️

Hands down one of the worst places to order from in this town! It takes them forever to throw a sandwich together! I am a kitchen manager and I would be livid if these were my employees! I ordered over a hour ago and just got notice they are preparing it… every time someone order from here it takes forever and they can’t even answer the phone. This will be my last order from there.

They were very helpful. I didn’t think of how I was getting into Subway because I just had foot surgery. I called them and asked if they could open the door for me. The lady on the phone said no problem and even opened it when I left and carried my stuff for me so my bag didn’t break hitting my crutches. I’m very appreciative of the help and the service I recieved.

I come to the Kewanee one alot and I door dash alot. Well tonight I got the Great Garlic foot long and it was the worst sandwich I have ever got. It only had maybe be three piece of chicken on it. It had more veggies then meat not a happy camper.

Mostly friendly, listens when you tell them what you want. When a lot of people get lined up (usually about 5), they call for help to come out. So you don’t have to wait so long on getting your order.
