If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve worked at multiple subways and this one is by far out of standard. I went in for a bacon salad. A shorter African American lady was rude and told her employee that it would be a protein bowl, they didn’t give the correct amount of meat. They didn’t even ask the rude lady told me to just go to veggies because that’s all I’d get. I had to tell her my choice of meat. Last I checked a protein bowl was a 6 inch portion of veggies, foot long portion of meat. I got 3 pieces of bacon that’s it. That’s not the correct portion. I will never go back to this subway because this was ridiculous and I do want to speak to someone about this.

Worst location! Management left 2 new employees alone who had no idea what they were doing. They had no prep ready and didn’t know how to manage refunds or mobile orders. I feel bad for the 2 men working tonight on 3/30/23. And I would be surprised if they don’t quit after tonight. No ill feelings against the men, just really poor management!! Restaurant was also dirty and freezing cold inside!!

Every Saturday I stop and get a footlong for work, because I work 16 hours and Everytime I go they can’t read that I want the sauce on the side ( I do this so later in the night I don’t have a Soggy sandwhich) and they put sauce on it everytime. Today, they put so much on it that I couldn’t even enjoy it, also this is the 1st time they didn’t warm of the meat and bread (flat bread). I won’t be eatting today sandwich!!

Sandwiches are made to order. Wide varieties to choose from. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Clean atmosphere. The only downside was that the pop machine wasn’t up and running. This was the second time I’d been there when it wasn’t working. It seems it may have been down for some time now, which makes you have to purchase out of the cooler whatever they have available to drink. Otherwise, everything was great!

Employees was smoking right out the door. When we came in they smelled like a ashtray and then made the food. Was terrible smell. Food itself tho was okay. Got turkey with lettuce n tomatoe and really no flavor just tasted bread mainly.

Employees didn’t seem to care about the quality of their food, were slow, seemed irritated that they had to do their job, and didn’t bother to say anything about missing ingredients for a menu special, until my partner pointed out that they weren’t on the sandwich. Gave us 10% off a sandwich but seemed overall very rude and had poor customer service skills. As someone who has worked in a similar environment, I know it can be stressful but this was unacceptable to me.
