Brought a large group of about 20 people here tonight with lots of kids. I was super impressed with the cleanliness and the service. The play place is awesome. The manager was fabulous. Definitely planning to stop here anytime I’m passing through.

Came in for breakfast and trash was heaping out of the trash can onto the floor. Went to the counter trying to order food and the computer wasn’t working. The counter person walked away started making orders for drive through and didn’t come back . Manager came up and said it will be just a minute and walked away and never came back. They could of took out the trash at least . Even with minimal staff they could of been alot better. I chalk it up to poor management. The really don’t have their crap together so we went to Wendy’s and had alot better experience. I wouldn’t eat at this McDonald’s ever . They are rude and have crappie service. You would be better off eating at home.

Impulsive drive through before work to grab some breakfast, no one in line. Sat by the speaker for a while, finally started saying “Hello?” repeatedly. After more time, someone asked to help me. Placed my order for 2 Bacon and Egg biscuits with NO CHEESE. Can you guess what I received, not even warm? Nasty cheese. I was at work when I dug them out and learned they had ignored my specific request for no cheese and the food was cold. Can’t go back… and now I won’t go back, ever. Learned my lesson!

I took my two year-old son through the drive-through and after 30+ minutes of sitting in line had to drive away to feed my son his lunch because the line was so long and there was still seven cars ahead of me when I left. I called the store and the lady said they could give me a pie but they could not cancel my online order so I lost almost 9 dollars as well as 30 minutes of gasoline just sitting there. Do not recommend this restaurant.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I waited in line with no one in the drive through for 5 minutes. No one came to the speaker. I went up to the window where I proceeded to sit and watch an employee sit on his phone and do nothing until he sees me staring at him 4-5 minutes later. He then ignores me for a couple more minutes and looks back at his phone until he realizes I’m not leaving. When he comes to the window he says “sorry. Can’t help you. I’m cleaning up a spill and it’s just me” as if I didn’t sit there and watch exactly what he was doing. Horrible management clearly.

If you’re around Columbia at 22.30 and want food, don’t go here. They will ignore you. We sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no answer and as we left, they turned their lights off. Don’t waste your time, they’re too good for anyone half an hour before they’re meant to close.

How is this location still open? The management has failed to manage for almost two years. We stopped going for almost a year because they just conveniently never saw the mobile orders in queue, always get orders wrong, nothing is ever warm. The second to last time we went, the staff were arguing with me about whether or not anyone was in my car when after thirty minutes of waiting I went inside, took my toddler to the bathroom, and went to the counter to ask for my order which was sitting on the counter the entire time I was standing there (wasn’t close enough to see the label) the guy then handed me the order, I get to my car with it, and I was missing half my entire order. Went back in and the guy wouldn’t say a word to me, he sighed, had another coworker ask me what I wanted, and then rolled his eyes as he packed the remaining missing items in a new bag and handed them to me as if his left shoulder were falling off. Anyways, fast forward to today, and everything was COLD except the fries which were somewhat warm except we literally shook over a full teaspoon of salt out of each box of fries. I have a cold with nearly zero sense of taste and yet I could still taste every drop of salt on these fries. My car interior may never be salt free again. I swear there was enough salt in these boxes to make an Italian Nona rinse her pasta. Why? What is wrong with you people?

I have work in the food service for years over 25 and this is the worst restaurant ever. Orders are always wrong on drive thru and delivery, wait time while ordering food for drive thru is 25 mins, sometimes the waiting is so long we just leave. When you do go to the drive thru window to get your food you might wait another 10 or 15 minutes while employees are just standing around. And by the time you get your order right the food is cold. This been going on for a while at this location. Might need to check into it. This is why I gave you guys 1 star because I’m a nice guy.

Worst McDonald’s drive-through experience I think probably ever first off no large cups. Secondly I had two large size nut at meals. The lady said no they only charged you for a medium and a large. I said OK fine and I said there’s only one thing of nuggets in here she said no there’s two I said no there’s nothanded her back the bag and she looked in the car to see if I was lying. She was arrogant and she said whoever took your order. Did it all wrong? I will definitely never go back to that location.

was picking up a DoorDash order and the service was terrible. all they did was stand around and do nothing but talk and goof around. it took almost 30 minutes to pick up this order when the store was completely empty. and not to mention the stuff was super disrespectful as well. wasn’t even acknowledged till after 20 minutes and thats when they started preparing the order.
