I have allergies and the two ladies that were working tonight was brittany and sabrina, they were absolutely phenomenal, they went above and beyond, everything was great from the food to my visit. Their customer service skills, people need to go visit there and act more like them to get the customer service that you’re supposed to get. Usually this place has no so nice service. A few months ago I tried it out again see if they could redeem themselves from my last visit. That they did! There is a young girl named Elizabeth and she has an up beat, happy attitude and personality. I took my elderly mom into eat and she kept switching her order and not sure what she wanted. She was so polite and talked with my mom to figure what she was hungry for. The management needs to keep this girl on their staff. I want to thank Elizabeth for being so kind and nice, way better experienced than my last visit.

Girl serving us was covered in hickeys and wasn’t too kind when serving. She did not look happy to be there and was in the back for a few minutes before realising we were there and rushed straight back after serving us. Unprofessional and doesn’t create a very inviting atmosphere.
The bread on the sandwich tasted hard and stale and the meat was warm. 🙁
I love subway and thought this would be a great quick meal after shopping but this wasn’t a great experience.

This location used to be good. not anymore. paid $18.00 for 3 6″ sandwiches and got mainly bread. not impressed at all.

When we walked in, I immediately wanted to walk out because of the dirty look I got from Brittany. But I bit my tongue, I am here to get food, she is here to do a job. I began ordering with Brittany who had horrible customer service the entire time, not to mention was being snippy with the poor new girl that she was training. I got enough steak on my foot long for a 6 inch, but you can assure that I was charged for the full amount. Certain people need to learn proper customer service etiquette before working customer service! I will return, only because almost all the subways around here are owned by the same person… & this one is so close to my house. Never had a problem before my little brother worked there and quit, now we almost always get poor customer service when we get food from here.

They don’t ever serve chicken salad wrap. Been to this subway the past 3 times. I was told they don’t have any chicken salad I asked them to make it because I’ve had that done before and they tell me they can’t. The past 3 times same girl making it every time no chicken salad

I don’t know whether to leave a good or bad rating for this Business because the young lady, who was obviously new, did a GREAT JOB attempting to make a wrap for the first time for me. But the other employees seem to not care to help her, teach her or tend to my order. Thank you to the redhead who made me a wrap today you did a great job and it tasted wonderful. I think, had the other been more worried about the customers than being on the phone or in the back, the guy in front of me in line may not have left angry because it was taking so long. #semi-satisfied…

Footlong sandwich was only 11.5 inches long with skinny stale bread. Card reader said my gift card wasn’t valid and employee wouldn’t bother to check the balance to confirm. I checked the card online when I got home and it was fine. Skip this clip joint.
