soup is very watered down and cold, flavourless. I asked for double meat on my tuna sandwich, barely got regular serving. bread is very stale. I have not been going to subway for a while, because the last TWO experiences have been the same: terrible. I really don’t know what happened to my beloved subway, but that was the very, very last visit they’ll get from me. subway, you are now gross and have lost my business for good.

I’ve NEVER been a Subway fan. Today, I had the Chipotle Philly (remove onions, add cheddar cheese sauce). I would obviously never choose Subway for a standard cheesesteak, but with the addition of Chipotle sauce and green peppers this is definitely the best thing I’ve had from Subway.

Thank you, AK, for the very nice service. We were really happy to have subs at your place. The bread was very fresh and soft. The Chicken Teriyaki was outstanding, and the Veggie Delight was also very good. My kids really enjoyed it, and the staff was very friendly with them. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Since they have started blocking the view for the meats and cheese they have messed my order up every time I’ve been there. Most recent, I ordered a sandwich and asked for shredded cheese and they put provolone! I couldn’t tell because you can’t see that part of the process! I had the joy of finding out once I got home. They also have been undercooking their bacon and skimping on how much to give you EVEN THOUGH you pay EXTRA for the bacon! I used to get 3-4 COOKED pieces and now just a strand of soft limp “bacon”. Which again you can’t see! Definitely avoid this location

no one washed their hand before getting on the line and making food, i mean i watched a worker stand there doing nothing. then put gloves on and go straight into making food. that was gross to see and the workers weren’t listening half of the time. i couldn’t understand her in a rot rude way but she didn’t speak english well. we’ll see if the food is even good.

I had a coupon to use there. They used to have a sign up on what you could use your coupon on but took it down. I still followed the guidelines of what I could remember and apparently they added some things you couldn’t spend on your sandwich! I got to checkout and said they wouldn’t honor my coupon for a chicken sub! If you want people to follow your guidelines, post them!

Last night September 28Th 2021. My 7 yr old ask for Subway for dinner and to get a sandwich to take to school the next day. So I just got off work took a shower placed my order online as I usually do so that way it gives me time to go pick it up! I received my confirmation number and details of our order stating that it be ready at 8:20 yeah I placed the order at 807 PM. When I get up there there are four employees sitting inside the establishment with the lights low on dim on top of the countertops. There are four other vehicles outside also waiting to get in to place an order along side door Dash orders. There were also a GrubHub order. I knocked on the glass several times To get the young teens attention. The male came to the door and cracked it open and said. We are close because my manager says we had to close early. I told him I don’t care about your calls in early than you need to close down your web sight and online access! Because you charge me $17.36 for my two foot-long sandwiches and you’re telling me you’re close but it says on your website that your closing time isn’t until 10pm. So either you give me my money back or you give me my refund or make my sandwiches! The young man proceeded to tell me that I need to contact the number on the website which he knew that number has been disconnected for over seven years since I’ve lived in Illinois it’s not a real number. That number should not be attached to this business establishment is not a valid business telephone number nor link to the subway on 30th St. and 18th Ave. in Rockisland . That is falsifying and plagiarism. So now the subway has STOLE my money I need to pay that is very bad business. Several times this company has been closed in the middle of the afternoon just a simple note on the door saying we’re closed what type of business are they running I wonder if the owners now this is how his business establishment is being ran

Floors look like no one has mopped or cared enough to do a good job. The staff doesn’t greet. We went in for 2 in person orders and the black girl with an attitude thought it was a good idea to take one in person order then 5 online orders in between our orders. They were out of meatballs at 11am? Generally not good do better+ won’t be back if you do better you only have one chance and you know that managers do better.

My husband and I had a very exceptional experience at this location. This site was very busy and the whole time the lady that was working remained calm and was very quick in getting the line down. I admire her work ethic and strong leadership abilities that she showed from the moment we walked in the doors. Whole time she had a smile. Made our day!!!!
