I paid 17 dollars for this !! When calling to explain maybe a remake this HORRIBLE MANAGER JASMINE acted as if I needed to lie about it BABY ITS A SUB SAND-WHICH CAN YOU FIX OR NO like being just shouldn’t be an excuse ! But like always they get away with treating people with disrespect! Take accountability rather you feel it was done to your best ability it wasn’t done to the customer satisfaction. Be a manager !

See my review below from 8 months ago, place has grown into it’s location a bit. Drive thru is open, bathroom problem has been corrected. I often come here and they are often pretty busy. This is the only place I’ve ever seen the Subway mascot. Pretty good for a subway.
Nov. 2022:
Visited for lunch, ate in. Bit of a wait in line but not too bad for the lunch rush they had at the time. The sandwich was great with well sized portions of ingredients for me. They had both a line and online order pick-ups at the same time. I overheard that a couple customers had their orders’ sandwiches swapped by accident, both were able to have their correct sandwiches made without any issue. Bathroom was a one person, roomy with toilet and urinal – adequately clean, paper towels were out as of my visit.
They just moved into this building, probably moving in from the Subway that was previously across the street. There’s definitely some work still to be done- I’d expect to see signs on the building itself for instance. The urinal in the bathroom also seemed to be partially broken away from the wall. Place is a work in progress but definitely complete enough to be functional.
I appreciate the location as I love to grab a sandwich here on the way home south of Alpine, will be back. I’d rate 4.5/5 if possible.
Addendum: They have a drive through that is not open yet as of this review, as shown in the pictures.

Poor Service and Rude Behavior at Subway (3269 S Alpine Rd)
I ordered a Subway Club and a Meatball sandwich. From the beginning of the interaction, both female employees on duty were rude and dismissive. According to Subway’s official website, the Subway Club salad includes oven-roasted turkey, ham, roast beef, American cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, olives, onions, mayo, lettuce, and spinach. However, my order was missing olives, spinach, peppers, and cucumbers.
When I politely returned to address the issue, one of the employees became defensive, denied that anything was wrong, and refused to correct the order. She claimed the website was incorrect and repeatedly denied my request to add the missing ingredients or remake the salad. At no point did she offer a solution or an apology for the poor service.
When I asked for her name to report the incident, she rudely stated that Subway does not have a corporate office and refused to identify herself. This level of unprofessional behavior and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.
I hope Subway takes this matter seriously and ensures employees are properly trained in customer service and professionalism. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed.

Spent $90 on 7 sandwiches. Had coupons for all sandwiches and were only allowed to use 1 coupon. Have never came across this experience at any other subway. The girl with the tattoos was rude. Up charging for everything. Crazy!

This is what I got for a protein bowl and they said they only use amount of lettuce they use for sandwich. They would not correct it and said other subways are all wrong! Never going back here ever again
