I had a bad experience at this location and will not be going back. The owner Kathy Bentz reached out to me but didnt offer a reasonable solution and has since stopped responding. My sandwich was messed up, ice machine isn’t working. Wasn’t offered any sort of compensation for the inedible sandwich or the piss warm drink. Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmy John’s down the street.

Always having shipping issues on their products which means they are out of everything a majority of the time so if you do an online order and they charge your card you will have to wait 2-3 days for the money to go back into your account, because they will call you to tell you they’re out of everything and they have to void your order. Why even have online ordering?? Waste of time and money. Go here if you want a toasted yet somehow also soggy sandwich that is made by teenagers who have no idea what customer service is, let alone how to make a sammich. Get a real manager running this place or shut it down. No way yall are making any money there.

0 stars for us. We did a online order for 20 minutes later get there at that time and they haven’t even started our order yet for starters. And so we went to use the manteno school discount card and they say they can’t except it because they said they never asked for permission to be on the card? And last thing yes same visit the 2 (boys) behind the counter were acting arrogant towards us instead of actually trying to apologize and make it right. Looks like the last time I try to order from here again.

The food here is pretty fresh, consistent with Subway standards. This particular location almost never has every kind of cookie and only a few of what they do have. More than half the time the service is lackluster. The staff here needs some adjustments it seems.
