A young woman today made my sub and she understood the assignment! She gave me extra onions like I wanted as some workers act like they are timid to load my sub with red onions. The red onions were fresh! She made my sub just as I wanted it and I enjoyed every bite. Will be back. Side note: I’ve never had a bad experience here no matter how busy and they can get busy!

I LOVE the veggie delight WHEN it’s made right and unless you go in and watch them make it, it’s never made how want. I ordered online and asked for ‘more’ veggies & mayo so I wasn’t just eating bread. They couldn’t apparently comprehend the simple, direction. (I added the mayo that’s seen. And more veggies to ME is more than 1 tomato. ♀️

I was the only one in line and she tried to make my sandwich so fast that it was a disaster. She put the sauce and salt/pepper on so fast I think only 10% of it even made it on the sandwich. The only reason it gets two stars is because the man at the register was so nice.

Stopped in 11/22/23 ordered a footlong steak. The kid, Luke, took the meat out of the oven with 9 seconds left on the timer. Why the hell didn’t he just let it finish? By the time I got it back to the office it was barely warm. Let the timer complete employees it’s your job!

Food was great. What a wonderful group of employees. Everyone was so very friendly and attentive. Service was quick and courteous. This was the best subway experience ever. We simply had to leave a tip for each.

Lady who made my sandwich was RUDE. She was obviously in a bad mood but what did that have to do with me? Food was the worst I’ve ever had from a Subway. Hard chewy bread. Not toasted yet the edges still crumbled. The whole sandwich tasted off like something had gone bad. Third bite into my attempt to eat it and there was a hair. I was done. GROSS.

This location on Main (Kennedy Dr.) is the worst location. The manager Denise and two other employees were working when I entered this location with a friend. They never greeted us or even asked may I help you or anything. Denise along with the young teenagers were very rude. She just stood there and looked at us with a very strange expression. Finally, she says are you ready to order. The vibe was very weird. After we ordered, a customer of her same race came in behind us and she was very welcoming and friendly. This is the only location in the area that is not very black friendly. There was one black teenage boy along side of Denise and the other employee who demeanor wasn’t very friendly and acted as though he hated being there. This location is definitely not very friendly towards minorities. The location on Kinzie has much better service, as well as the Kankakee location.
