My order was not delivered or may have been delivered to the wrong door. Got a message from the delivery person that it was left on a chair by the door. I went to get it and it was not there. Called the store and the manager was very polite and respectful stated he needed to speak to the driver which is fair. What is commendable is the pizza was being delivered 10 mins earlier than expected. My concern is the delivery person did not attempt to confirm the correct delivery location. I was looking forward to having pizza tonight but, no longer want it. Kudos to the store for quick service and professional manager communication. Thumbs down to the delivery person.

Also a lot of bad ratings mainly related to the delivery. Ive also done delivery for all restaurants with uber, doordash, etc, in this city so its really the driver fault. Papa john has nothing to do with the quality of delivery service.

My rating is for Jesus, not necessarily the restaurant. I ordered pizzas online for delivery that turned into a bit of a disaster due to door dash losing my food. I called the restaurant and Jesus was extremely professional and kind and helped make things right. Thank you, Jesus, for saving our lunch!

When i order delivery its super Quick and Piping Hot if the delivery guys are Working .
Their Delivery Guy Doug always makes sure i have Napkins .
The only problem i ever have is if Door Dash delivers and does not ring my bell and leaves Pizza outside to be stolen .

I ordered two pizzas through an online app. I was given a promo. We have milk allergies in our home so we order without cheese. I got one vegetarian pizza and one pepperoni, onion, mushroom pizza, and there were no pepperonis at all on my pizza for a $23 pizza without cheese you think I would’ve gotten at least the correct toppings. Thankfully they did issue me a refund.

Pizza was cold and chewy by the time it was delivered and hour and a half after app said it was finished and ready for delivery.
This location uses doordash for delivery and took about 30 minutes to deliver after they picked up the order.

I’ve been getting this Papa Johns location delivered for the past 8 years. There have beens highs and lows, as is the case with any national pizza chain. I haven’t had Papa Johns in the last year or so, but decided to get it delivered to my apartment for lunch. I ordered cheesebread and a medium hawaiian specialty pizza. Fresh and hot. Delivery was quick. Usually people leave more negative comments for chains when they have a bad experience…but I thought I’d leave a nice review as a reminder that there can be good experiences too.

Ordered online for pickup. Promotion online indicated $9 pick up for large pizza two toppings. After all was said I ended up paying $21.53 with the tip for a pizza that was bland with no flavor in the sauce or pizza alone. Ugh never again a waste of my money. I’ll never order or eat another pizza at Papa John’s again.
