Ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich. Can you says it comes with double cheese did not get double cheese. I asked for jalapenos and spinach and this is what I got. Also got a soda and everything came up to 19 something basically 20. Lazy way of making it and they put a No Refunds or Exchanges. Call sales are final tags because they most likely mess up the sandwiches a lot. And a lot of the sandwiches are not very satisfying. Genuinely hate that I got served like this. Honestly though it’s on me for even paying for this crap.

Bought two different types of sandwiches.. As it is located inside the airport, I waited little longer than normal subways, Otherwise the service was good and the sandwiches are delicious!

I ordered a 6” with only two slices of pepperoni but got 4” of bread and was up charged for an Italian BMT because they “can’t only charge for pepperoni” which I wasn’t told until I reached the check out counter. Not sure why they didn’t charge a Veggie Delight + side of pepperoni? I had to ask for extra lettuce 3 times because they only put a tiny pinch on each time. And I open my sandwich to find fuzz cooked into the bread. Unbelievable.

I ordered a footlong combo, I told the lady at the cash register that I got a footlong combo. I got a footlong, chips, but I thought that it came with the drink. The lady said no change for drink and I grabbed a drink because the lady said no charge so I was thinking that she put it on the house for free or something. 1 minute later she gets my attention and she says again no change for drink, and I said can I put it back since I paid for the footlong combo and I did not open the drink and she said no you have to pay for the drink, so I did because I did not want to start an argument with her. It’s not my fault that she spoke broken English and that she kept on saying no change for drink.

I witnessed blatant racial discrimination at this Subway on Sunday, August 6, around 7:30 pm. While I, and several non-black customers, were allowed to join the line without any issues, black customers were consistently told the store was closing and were denied service. Notably, after each black customer was turned away, subsequent non-black individuals were permitted to queue and order without any hindrance. It was a stark and undeniable pattern: black individuals were told they couldn’t order, while non-black customers faced no such restrictions. Such overt racist behavior is alarming and unacceptable. Discriminatory practices should never be tolerated, especially businesses open to the public. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and equally.

Salad was prepared quickly and was fresh. The service was fantastic as well. It’s probably the healthiest option in the Chicago airport.

I experienced racism while attempting to order. I had to press attendant just to get the same amount of food as customers before me. I stop the attendant from making my order and expressed my displeasure , leaving the food with the attendant . I would not suggest any African American / black or minority to purchase anything from this subway. I’ll be contacting the airport ect as this behavior is a regular occurrence at this subway

I purchased a sandwich from this Subway, the person who was making the sandwich was rude along with the person at the cash register.
I asked the person at the cash register for a plastic bag, and he refused to that as well.
The sad part is that I’m an airline employee who buys frequently at that place, and for almost 3 years now Subway didn’t bother to do anything about these employees.
