Today September 27th around 1pm , My 69 year old mom went with the intention of buying something to eat. The employee with the name Patel yells at my mom for not speaking English. My mom feeling sad walks out without buying anything. I will report this as well to corporate. She has no right to yell at her or anyone else who don’t have speak English. My mother at no moment was rude to her. I’m sure management watches the camera would see exactly how it happened.

So In what subways do they cut the bread in half? Asked the server why and she said the gentleman who cut it is “old school” and I told her well I usually wouldn’t want that. Instead of asking for a new one I saved my time and just left after my purchase. Not coming back to this subway.

Morning employee is very rude! You literally have to yell so she can hear you otherwise she’ll keep yelling “what?!”, which is rude. She barely put cheese and veggies on the sandwich and when you ask her to add more, she says it’s extra. I have onions on my sandwich (barely) and for her to add more, it would’ve been extra. The veggies look frost bitten not fresh. Terrible customer service, don’t waste your money.
