Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. 1 original the other Mike’s honey hot. Both sandwiches were old & stale. As well as the fries. You pay alot of money for old/stale fries.
This should be a negative star experience. But this option is not available. My bad experience started off by not having white meat available. Or extra crispy. I asked how long it would take for original white meat. Was told 20 minutes. I said I’d wait. Once I pulled forward I asked how do they not have white meat. Drive thru employee stated that it’s a popular item that sells fast. So if that the case, do what’s is on demand. I was NEVER given a receipt. Waiting 20 minutes & walked in. My order was found & was asked for a receipt. How can I provide a receipt if one wasn’t given. Asked to speak to management & all of sudden my food was found. I ordered 12 pc with 3 side. 2 mac & cheese & 1 mash potatoes with NO gravy. I ordered a large fries & got less than half full. The chicken was not fresh like they stated it would be which is why I waited 20 minutes for. Sogy & fall apart skin is not fresh. This is like the 4th time this location DOES NOT HAVE WHITE MEAT ON HAND & GIVEN OLD CHICKEN

I did a pick up order and put it to ready at 9:30 so I can pick up during my lunch break. I got here and it wasn’t ready. It’s currently 9:45 and I still don’t have my food. There wasn’t anyone in the restaurant or in the drive thru when I arrived but somehow I still couldn’t get my order on time. She didn’t even make my food correctly. Won’t be coming here again.

Very disappointed with my experience here. The sauce was open when we got it almost like it had been sitting out too long amd had a weird separation of the sauce . My soda was completely flat, which made it undrinkable. On top of that, the customer service was poor—staff were dismissive and didn’t even bother asking what dipping sauce I wanted, it wasn’t til we got to the window that i asked for the sauces. Overall, it felt careless and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

The food was great it was fresh. I think the prices are a little high I spent about $55 for a family of 5, but all in all great place for a family meal.
